I’ve been at Flagship for a couple months now! I love the apartments and how close they are to UTK. The new Food Hall has so many options for eat or just hang out on the weekends. It’s definitely one of the most laid back apartment complexes, so if you’re looking for a hidden gem, this is definitely it!

We paid all the utility bills and rent on time but they sent to a collection agency for not paying the utility bills. I called the front office (they do not know anything) and she told me that she can not do anything as the file has gone to the collection agency. She said the computer automatically sends it to the collection agency!!!!!!!!! Can you believe this? This is ridiculous and now my credit score went down. We received a check from Simple Bill as we paid more. If so, how we will have a balance with the utility bills? Very poor knowledge people are sitting in the front office. The upper management should solve this issue immediately. She did not reply to the collection agency when they reached out to her. Poor management.

I like the rooms even though they’re very small. The bedroom comes with nothing but a bed even though it says it is furnished. No nightstand, dresser, or desk. Although, you can’t really fit a desk in the room anyways. If you get home later than 9:00pm, there is a high chance you won’t find a parking spot. The closets and bathrooms are very nice! The pool is also very nice. It was fine for this year, but I don’t plan to renew

Absolutely beautiful apartment complex, so conveniently placed too! So excited for the Food Hall to be put in the Kern's Bakery next spring - will be amazing having direct access!
