Flagstone Apartment Community

I have not had a pleasant experience living in this complex. I have had several theft experiences and maintenance is not a strong suit at this apartment complex.

This is not the place to live in you are hoping for a quiet or secure residence. Neighbors are unruly and interior building is dirty and in need of cleaning and general upkeep.

Quiet comfortable place to live clean and safe affordable and the leasing office people are great

Maintenance takes too long to get to a job, I had to request maintenance too many times for anything to get done.

Ask them about all the things they DONT TELL YOU ABOUT UNTIL YOU HAVE MOVED IN. Smelly water. Garages flood and freeze over EVERY year, and don't store anything but your car in them because they are unfinished and people break into 1 and have access to ALL of them by simply crawling over the rafters, and finally they freeze shut regularly and they dont consider it an emergency and will only show up to help when they feel fit to do so. Nevermind you needing to get to work, Dr., kids to school...Snow removal is all but laughable as, well they remove only some of it!! I'm done explaining...4 YEARS of explaining, complaining, requesting meeting with ofc staff and regional managers and being ignored, dismissed and LIED to. This info scratches merely the surface of it all. 4 YEARS I've been at this....

I am happy with my apartment and the location in the building

Brownstone is a great location for people who want to be apart of the Fargo community. Near the apartment complex is a biking path to many different parks in the area. The housing looks fantastic and the pricing is amazing. I would highly recommend brownstone!

Don't live here. Your garage will get broken into, no cameras. They don't fix things in a timely manner

Working with the staff at flagstone has been amazing! with the stress of moving they were so helpful with everything and made sure I had all the things i needed and even helped with other things like electric hook up and maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manor! They made the stress of moving a little less stressful and just an amazing community to move into!!

I enjoy living at Briar Pointe, neighbors are friendly

Flagstone is an amazing choice for your new home! If you want a quiet neighborhood, close to many essential business, and all while getting a great deal, Flagstone is for you!

lovely staff and resident office staff but hate the website and online profiles and basically anything gold mark has on technology

The management of this property is terrible. It takes them days to remove snow. The property is dated. Once you sign the lease, they treat you like trash. As for your deposit, you should forget about it. They will find any excuse to keep it. There are better places in town to rent from.

I enjoy the modern living space, close proximity to all that fargo has to offer, and the wonderful staff working diligently to make this community truly special.

I feel like they care about the residents and seem genuine in their interactions.

Brownstone is very clean, safe, just a good place to live

This is a very uncared about community. The management doesnt follow though and you could find better apartments for better rates. If the management steps up Id like this place a ton more.

The maintenance service is good I recommend calling them with any problems

I love it here and I would recommend anyone to move here too, the location and the building itself is just awesome.

Though we have been here a short time we have been very happy here.

The best thing about Flagstone is that I feel safe here. The second best thing is the quick response if I need anything. I also appreciate the good appearance and upkeep of the grounds. Staff have always been cordial.

Every staff member we have had contact with has been wonderful and very helpful. This building is in a great location and the apartment is wonderful. Very happy with our decision to move here

I love Flagstone! Fast and courteous staff. Great upkeep of building and grounds. Any problems I have had were addressed and satisfied immediately. Great place to live.

Wonderful place to live, nice and spacious apartments , with a friendly staff and well kept property.

The maintainence and office staff are prompt, courteous and professional.

Move in was great and efficient! Im super excited to get settled and love the layout of my apartment.

Flagstone is a quiet and nice place to live, the staffs are awesome in their duties of work.

If it were stars,I will give 3 stars for the office customer service. Years back Flagstone Apartment was the best clean and responsive to issues were really fast but now everything is just behind.

Apartment has unpleasant odor since before moving in, making me skeptical carpets were cleaned. Maintenance staff is unresponsive and not detail oriented. Garages are 2" too short for a full size pickup. The second bedroom (in this unit at least) has a closet that is 1/2 the size of the other.

Awesome staff! Really nice place to live.

The complex itself is nice. Only complaint is that maintenance requests take forever to be completed. I went a week without a working garage door and 3 weeks without a working dishwasher before they even sent someone to look at it.

Im so glad I chose flagstone apartments, it has a great community of people. Well kept clean apartments, great open space to live. Ive enjoyed living here very much!

I talk to brownstones teamwork about my and my bathroom, one of the team members came and looked at about couple months ago it havent yet taking care of, Im so disappointed.

Flagstone truly is an apartment community with a neighborhood feel. The staff ate friendly and accommodating, grounds are well-maintained, and buildings kept clean. The location is close to grocery and other shopping areas and recreation spots.

I will recommidition flagstones to others.

Flagstone is a great place to live, beautiful & clean apartments, nice neighborhood and community.

Very nice apartments for the price! Good office, maintenance is great at performing requests in a timely manner.
