Great place to live

Thank you flamingo apartments for the 3 years that I've live here it was a great place very peaceful quiet nice and clean. Manager Ana was so nice and all the staff, friendly and approachable. We love the monthly activities it was fun nice foods as well.

Great Apartment

Very clean community. The on site Manager, Ana, and her maintenance staff are amazing. Very quick service. The monthly activities are a great time for family gathering and community building. I am going to miss this place.

This apartment community is nice safe clean well maintained apartment complex professional staff love this place well taken care clean nice area nice pool nice playground clean apartment homes nice features like a pool and wash rooms very close to places to eat very close to the Cerritos mall manger Ana is wonderful at her Job she’s always on top on things the owners take pride in this place and it shows ...

A nice place to live

This is a pretty nice place to live it's offers 3 different floor plans and close to both the 605 and the 91 fwys. I also like the fact that my daughter can walk to school safely as well. One of the things I don't like about the apartment is the lack of closet space and the useless space behind the front door, I enjoy that there is a pool and a pretty good maintenance crew who keeps the place running. Overall, the place livable for now but I do need a lot more space and would loves to have some hard wood floors put in since they are during major renovations at the present

Great Manager and Complex

I lived at the Flamingo Apartments for 3 years and jut moved out. The on site manager, Ana, is awesome and so is her team. They complex is well kept and there are regular community events almost every month. I definitely enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone.
