Property Ratings at Hotel Flatiron
I was a tenant in the Flatiron for two years and it is hands-down the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building itself is unlike any other building in Omaha. The beautiful historical elements (like the spiral staircase and brick walls) have been preserved while adding modern amenities (new kitchen appliances and in-unit washer/dryer). The property management was extremely responsive and would handle any and all maintenance issues quickly. As a dog owner, it was nice seeing so many other pets in the building. The neighborhood gets quiet after the work crowd leaves around 5 pm, but Orpheum shows and the dinner crowd at the Flatiron ensure it never feels unsafe. I would move back in a heartbeat.

Hotel Flatiron is a stunningly beautiful historical building. The newly constructed apartments have upscale finishes while including aspects of the historical charm - Brick accent wall! Enormous windows! I am always excited to come home each night to my spacious, 2BR 2 BA apartment. I still can't believe I get to live here! The Management of this building is stellar as well. We residents are very well attended to, and the building is kept immaculate.

Trendy and close to Old Market. The apartment itself, though small, was perfect for myself. In-unit washer/dryer is a life saver. Parking is available, or you can play cat-and-mouse with Omaha Parking. Had 0 issues with Seldin. Mason in particular was always very friendly and helpful, always following up.
