Property Ratings at Flatirons Park Apartments
Lived here for two years. Very easy to move in, communication with management was straight forward. Property is well managed, any work orders during my time there were taken care of with good quality and quickly. Would easily recommend someone take a look at living here.
I just moved out of here after 5+ years. I never meant to stay so long, but I felt very comfortable and safe here. Moreover, it is affordable, which can be hard to find around here. Very easy access to both Boulder and Denver, and an easy walk to Emerald Elementary School. Management and maintenance is great as well!!
We lived here for 2 years. The management was terrible. Constantly breathing down our necks for petty things. It would take WEEKS for them to address repairs if they even did. They will claim that each apartment is newly renovated as they advertise them when they use cheap materials and carpet to gloss over how old the complex is. On top of this they will do whatever they can in their power to not only steal your deposit but try to get money out of you following the move out. We scrubbed walls and the sinks for hours to be told we owed them hundreds of dollars for not cleaning anything in the apartment prior to moving out. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $100/month for a better apartment that doesn't have petty management that will try to manipulate you moving in the first place to their complex.
The Flatirons Apartment was my first home away from home. Coming from the east coast came with major change but the entire staff made me feel welcomed. Brit and Mario are one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, they will treat you with genuine care. 5/5 stars all the way!
I usually don't write reviews but I made an exception for Flatirons Park Apartments. Great staff that works hard to do a good job. Any work request is promptly responded to and taken care of. Property is well maintained, clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend.
I have been living here going on 3 years. Great location near 287 and highway 36. I love being here because it is a small complex and my one bedroom is just right and comfortable. It’s clean and has been renovated. Brittany our property manager is amazing. She is so courteous and very professional. If you have any repairs our maintenance guy Mario He is always hardworking to keep our complex in good shape. And we also have Trent which assists Mario I am very happy here and plan on being here for a long long while.
Conveniently located by 287 and highway 36. It’s a small complex in a quiet neighborhood, the grounds are lush, mature, and well-kept. The laundry facility is open 24-7! The staff is excellent and work orders are always dealt with in a timely manner. Britt and Mario treat you like family! We were even given a housewarming care package!
The staff here are great! Maintenance is always ensuring the quality of living is at its best for their residents! I have absolutely no complaints for my time here!
I lived here for a year and has to be the best place I ever stayed at. They are great for the price, are located in a very quiet neighborhood and are also central to many amenities; groceries, schools, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself was cozy; I barely could hear movement from neighboring units. Occasionally, you'll hear the kids play around in the courtyard but that is completely normal. Can I just just say that Susan, Britt and Mario (all of who take care of management of the apartments) are the most amazing people you'll ever meet? They maintain personal relationships with the tenants and really go out of their ways to make them feel comfortable. I've not had a cause to complain while living here and if I didn't have to move out of state, I'd keep to it.
The landlord Paula is very kind, but our unit did not have a ceiling fan, or a garbage disposal, or a patio or balcony. It's a nice little place close to good food, but definitely do a walk-through before you sign the lease.
This is a small apartment complex, and with that comes fast and polite service. Quite living away from major roads.
