I have lived in these apartments for three years and the current owners are doing some amazing upgrades to improve the area. New outdoor lighting to improve security, new flooring in the apartments, and upgrading apartments. I have been in a very large one bedroom and enjoy my closet space available. My utilities are on the average low and I enjoy the friendliness of the property manager. I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.
Everything you see here you don't get my apartment wasn't remodeled there's no ceceiling fan the pool has black water in it there's no playground no BBQ space this place sucks
Im from Little Rock, Arkansas & i moved here recently with my mother-in-law & she lives out here & i must say that these apartments are beautiful & spacious. The renovations & up-to-date appliances & windows make these apartments energy efficient which is a big plus. The walk-in closets are HUGE yet perfect. ?? i think the price is acceptable for the quality of the apartment.
I love my apt @ivy place apt ( previously Pickwick) The laundry facilities are great. Haven't used the pool yet. But it looks cool and relaxing. Great access to 244 and 169. I personally don't plan on moving.
