We love it here! Great neighborhood that has a farmers market every Thursday and lots of grocery store options as well as a mall located nearby! .

Great location. Small community. Staff is very responsive to concerns. Would be nice to have a swimming pool in the building or discount to clubs. Great schools in the area.

Our lease started on June 18th and we moved in on the 27th. So, far its been great. Neighbors are friendly. The staff has address and problems were had immediately. The parking garage is tight but always a spot available.

You don’t get what you pay for. It’s either dumpsters being emptied at 2am 3x a week, or neighbors that let their dog bark all night, or construction happening everyday for a year straight starting at 6am or your apartment being flooded and they still take your rent and don’t give it back until nearly two months after they took it. Appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals don’t work properly but when you put in a maintenance request you’re told they’re fine.

If you are considering this property for a family of more than one with more than one vehicle, this is not the place for you. This property has limited parking, struggles with trying to control the issue and tows their paying tenants vehicles. The subpar gym does not always have working equipment. The dog issue is huge! One of two elevators was inoperable for a month. The cost of the rent is not nearly worth the hassle.
This place is not worth the money. We've had several issues. Dogs can relieve themselves anywhere, it's supposed to be a smoke free complex but it is not and the kicker is management loves towing tenants car in violation of lease agreements. I cannot wait until this lease of over and I can get out of this place. I only gave them a 1 star rating because I couldn't give a zero.
Flats at 703 is a wonderful apartment complex! It’s quiet, safe, and the staff is very attentive. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been handled quickly. It’s a wonderful place for our college student in that she’s close to the university but is in an environment that satisfies her needs.
We love living at the Flats! Building is quiet and well maintained. Staff is friendly and responsive. We enjoy the community events that the staff puts on for the residents, which builds a sense of community.

Flats at 703 is a generally fabulous to live. Great amenities (pool would be nice but can't have everything and I am SURE the rent would HAVE to be more to cover the costs), terrific team working here and generally pleasant environment.

The Flats is a friendly community where residents genuinely care about one another as they always hold the elevator door for me, offer assistance with my groceries or shopping bags, ask me how my day or evening is going as I truly enjoy my stay here. Of course, all of my responses are more than positive. There is the convenience of the Towson mall and The Fresh Market, convenient stores, restaurants, food stores, occasional flea markets and food markets, outdoor music events, social gatherings, and also the amenities at The Flats which is an ultimate bonus.
My experience has been great, I like knowing there is a cleaner 7 days a week.
Great service, the hallways are kept clean. I like having the option to rent a storage space in the building.
My two-year stay has been great as the staff and community are very welcoming and helpful.

I want to start off this review on a positive note because I hate being negative, but I know when I look for a new apartment, reviews can be super helpful. Therefore, I am trying to just be helpful to anyone new looking to move to Towson. Okay, so I LOVE MY APARTMENT. I am in a nice big 2 bed room/ 2 bath and I love the space I have. There are a lot of windows for natural light, the flow is amazing, I have a huge island and a pantry. The walk in closets are enormous, seriously they are pretty big and the bathtubs are super deep. The apartment was done with great modern taste. I was pretty surprised the cabinets and drawers are not soft closing as this building was built in 2017, but I got over that quickly. Okay.. on to the bad. The building management is BAD. While the two ladies that work the leasing office are very nice and friendly, the building is horribly managed. When moving in, I was not given confirmation of the freight elevator reservation until the night before, then the day I move in there were vans blocking the entrance and I was told the elevator was undergoing some routine maintenance, so my movers used a different elevator (not horrible, but just not well managed). I was never told the first month's rent had to be brought as a cashiers check, you have a residential portal, so why can't I just pay through my bank via the portal (I did, no biggie, but again.. ???). I was told I need to fill out an existing damages form, which I totally get, but I was never given the form and I have now been here a month. I think I will just write up my own list and take it to them.
We moved to the flats in October and it’s still feels like we moved in October just a new refreshing feel. The customer service is through the roof it’s better than chic fil a and i love chic fil a. It’s always a warm smiling welcome coming through the leasing office. I lived from the promenade i actually broke my lease because of customer service. I been in Towson for past 8 years this is my third apartment and the best yet. It’s no cut off time for you to be out of the lobby that you pay rent for as long as you clean behind yourself and don’t abuse It that’s huge to me because that’s what we are paying rent for most places in Towson you have to be gone by 11 pm.
