Flats at Bethesda Avenue

We love living at the Flats! The apartment is beautiful and the building is well maintained. The concierge and leasing office staff is very kind and helpful.

From the very start, the team here made me feel right at home, providing a seamless move-in process and always being available to answer questions or offer assistance. The staff is not only friendly but also genuinely dedicated to making sure residents have a positive living experience. The amenities are outstanding and well-maintained, adding so much convenience and enjoyment to daily life.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Flats at Bethesda Avenue! The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met. The facilities are well-maintained, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clean and modern common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, with high-quality finishes and all the modern amenities I could ask for. I especially love the quiet, friendly atmosphere and how conveniently located it is—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation in downtown Bethesda. It’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Nice and quiet environment. Everybody is very kind. The apartment was very clean when we first arrived. Most appliances were brand new or like brand new.

I just moved in and the staff was so helpful in making sure my move-in experience went well! I love how everyone is very friendly and the entire complex is very quiet especially for a busy area!

The staff at The Flats makes everything easy! Chris and Karen are knowledgeable, professional , and responsive. On our first day living at the Flats, I turned in several minor maintenance requests, and marked that they were NOT urgent. At 9:00 the next morning, a fabulous and competent staffer was at our door to fix everything! We are delighted with our choice to live at The Flats.

Application process was quick and to the point with fast feedback at each stage of the way. In an excellent location and provides top tier service top to bottom.

A good place to live and with wonderful and kind staff members, a dog friendly environment. Also a very good location close to down town with wonderful view of Bethesda row!

Bozzoto is great here at the Flats. We love living here and do a wonderful job with everything we need. THe apt is fixed when something needs to be repaired.

Love the place and the community. The people are nice, and the manager and the maintenance doing a great job. The location is close to everything stores, grocery cinema, etc.

Just moved in and loving it so far!! Warm, welcoming staff and the perfect location. The gym and rooftop are fantastic bonuses. And a morning coffee/tea station is a great touch.

My husband and I have lived here for just over 3 years now, and we can’t imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful, the staff feel like an extension of your family, and the location can’t be beat. The building is located right on the Capital Crescent Trail, and there are several shops and restaurants just steps away. If you need to get downtown, you can easily hop on the Metro, which is just a 5 min walk down the street. We highly recommend The Flats to anyone looking to rent in Bethesda!

We are now in our seventh year at the Flats at Bethesda Avenue, and still believe it’s the best place to live in downtown Bethesda. Perfectly located in Bethesda Row. A fantastic building with great amenities. One of the best features is the incredible maintenance by their on-site staff. Tony and Leon are attentive to all of our needs, and eager to fix any problem. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a great apartment in Bethesda. Access to transit will be even easier once they open the new south entrance to the Metro and the Purple Line, just across the street from the Flats.

Friendly and caring staff. This is the best apartment community I've lived in. This is the best location in Bethesda. All the maintenance staff are always helpful.

We moved in yesterday and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful with the move. Kirkland and Chris made sure that the apartment was clean and ready for our move in. So far the experience has been first class and looking forward to meeting our neighbors.

This is a great apartment building and community. Very clean and had a ton of amenities. One thing I would definitely like to see more is events with the building. We used to have multiple events per month from food, to wine tastings, classes, trivia, escape rooms, etc. . However, that has essentially stopped aside. I really miss that!

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, and grocery stores. Beautiful outdoor space. The maintenance team members are friendly and quick in resolving issues and do a great job keeping the shared space and outdoor spaces perfect. The building is pet friendly, but it needs a dog washing station.

Great place to live with an amazing location, best in the area. Big fan of the management (Chris), concierges (Alex) and building services (Tony and Andre). They make living here that much better and I truly feel at home and will continue to stay as long as I am renting.

Many issues. Frequent foul odors seeping into apartment through walls. Nearly nonstop construction noise. Difficult and inflexible management. Also, they are rent raising by 10% for a 12 month lease!

I have lived at the Flats for about 2 years now, and I have so many great things to say. First is that the staff is so friendly and really makes this place feel like home. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff, as they are always so willing to help with any issue. They just purchased 2 new machines for the gym which are amazing! They took our feedback and went above and beyond. I love it here!

I've lived at the Flats over 2 years now. I could not ask for better neighbors and office staff. The community is always clean and smells amazing! Being a pet owner, the crescent trail located directly beside the building makes taking my dog for a walk a breeze. I use the gym a few times a week as it provides everything I need for a quick workout. Paul restaurant underneath also provides me a discount because I am a resident. I would recommend this community to anyone wanting to live in the action of Bethesda, yet, provides a great sense of community.

The building did not live up to my high expectations. They should reduce rent to be more in line with apartments in the surrounding area.

The Flats at Bethesda Avenue is a new state-of-the art building in a prime location. It truly is in the heart of downtown Bethesda. Don't believe me, go up to the building's rooftop and you'll see breathtaking views and all the city of Bethesda has to offer. The leasing staff organizes function bi-weekly and truly allows you to know them and the other residents of the building making it not only feel like an apartment but home. Just a few blocks from the metro, when you step outside The Flats you are right in the midst of restaurants, high end stores and a movie theater right near by. or stay inside and enjoy the brand new game room of spectacular high celling lobby and gym. The courtyard features even more "awe" factor with multiple water fountains that you can look to from your apartment window. Or better yet, as soon as you come in enjoy the water running down the walls in the lobby for relaxation and elegance. The Flats at Bethesda Avenue make you always want to be home.
