Great location near the loop makes my commute a bit better. I love the high ceilings, generous square footage, and modern appliances in my apartment. The discounts on rent and gift cards were attractive incentives and helped play a role in my decision. The touring and application process was fast and relatively enjoyable. I have enjoyed my experience thus far.

Flats at General Time is a beautiful and modern take on apartments. The layout is very different from most units I’ve visited around the area and has somewhat of a penthouse feel to it. There’s also multiple charging stations and not just the one that’s being occupied by a non-electric vehicle. The last thing that’s cool is the app access to the building.
