!!!BEWARE!!!! !!!!BEWARE!!!! The worst apartments you could rent. The heat is constantly going out, dog poop on the grass, trash all over the parking lot, homeless camping out and inside the buildings. Drug infested neighborhood!! Rent very high considering these issues!!
I literally have had problems here for a couple months here and there but just had my laundry stolen which included about a third of all of our clothes today which included my daughters clothes. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Absolute trash.
The Flats at Pinecliff is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the area with easy access to I-25. The unit pricing is competitive considering the other complexes in the area, and my experience here has been positive. My husband and I have been living here for over a year now and just renewed our lease. We haven’t had any major issues, and all the small ones were quickly addressed by the leasing staff. Speaking of the leasing staff, they’re very friendly and helpful. The manager, Patricia has gone above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. She’s always happy to answer our questions, or point us in the right direction. I was nervous when we moved because our last apartment had mold in the bathroom and pest issues, but we haven’t had any of that here. The walls are also more soundproof than our last place, we don’t hear the neighbors TV or anything as we’re trying to sleep. I also really like the fact that you need a code to get into the mail room, which is sent to you automatically when you have a package delivered. They also have a security team you can call any time day or night. The apartments have been renovated in neutral colors, making them easy to decorate in any style. I could tell the company has put a lot of work into keeping the entire property updated, and I’ve seen them continue to do that as we’ve lived here. They’ve replanted all the garden beds, redone sidewalks, repainted the outside of the buildings, repaved the parking lot, are currently updating all the laundry rooms, and have plans to resurface the pool. If you’re apartment-hunting, put this complex on your list!

Noisy apartment next to the highway. There are better places with better features. Office staff Regina is unhelpful. Maintance person Bill is unprofessional. My door knob hasnt been replaced and no one has contacted me about it. I was trapped in my apartment on the 4th floor several times because of a malfunctioning door knob.This place is a fire hazard and they dont care. They care aboit honoring contracts or residents safety.
I've been here 5 yrs. The current staff has been the best so far! Definitely recommend.
IF YOU WANT YOUR CARS BROKEN INTO MULTIPLE TIME AND YOU CANT TRUST YOUR NEIGHBORS TO BE HONEST IF THEY HIT YOUR VEHICLE OR YOU WANT A TINY APT FOR WAY TO MUCH MONEY, then this place is perfect for you. NEVER will I rent here again. They don't care if your stuff gets stolen, they don't care if you fall on the ice while walking inside, they don't care about anything but money... I hate this place.
The staff is great, but that's about the extent of the positive things I have to say about this complex. Things break frequently. There were things that promised in the lease that the complex didn't follow through on after moving in. I usually can't even keep my windows open because people are constantly outside smoking cigarettes on their balconies. Also, not all the buildings are renovated like they say. I'm looking forward to my lease ending -- you can get WAY more for your money.
We have been in our apartment for about 3 months and have nothing but good things to say. The office staff greet us warmly, no matter the occasion for our meeting. The Maintenance staff always say hello and fix things within 24-48 hours. Neighbors are friendly and stop to say hello. Very dog friendly environment, most dogs tend to get along. The atmosphere is constantly improving - great experience thus far!
