About the tour Overall the staff was friendly I liked the apartment the only advice I would give is change the robot answering system. I personally prefer speaking with an actual person.

Love it! I really enjoy living in such a beautiful neighborhood. I like how paperless and user friendly is our communication with staff through Flats at Springmill station portal and email. I have only one concern and it is about pets waste. I think people who live in the neighborhood should take some time and pick up after their dogs while on the neighborhood terriroty..

Do some research before moving here! The apartments and over all complex are nice, however the management is horrible and unresponsive. I have had so many issues living here and would not recommend it to any one.

We just signed our second lease here and moved from 1bdr to a 2bdr. Never had any complaints or issues with the old management, what I can not say about new management and the way the run that property, since complex was sold to Birge & Held. When we moved in to our new 2bdr apartment. Our refrigerator wasn't working, one bathroom was unusable, toilet was broken, shower control valve was missing, second bathroom shower head was leaking. Garbage disposal was broken. Unfinished drywall patch. Half of patio door blinds were missing. Dryer looked disgusting, and entire apartment was so dirty and dusty, with food stains on kitchen counter tops. Of course these issues were solved after complaining. I never had to complain about anything when the old management was here, never had to complain in any apartment complex period. And now have issues with the neighbor above me, who is a friend of the property manager, who thinks its okay to water all her plants on her patio and get dirty water all over our porch, chairs, stain it, get dirt on it. Had to go to the office multiple times with that issue. After all the arguments, office trying to send me noise violations, the whole year I lived here before no noise complaints, because they obviously don't like when you tell them that they are bad at their job and you have problems with their friends who live here.

Moved in a few months ago and was hesitant due to other reviews. This place has been awesome, and the staff is doing great. They are very accommodating if you're willing to actually communicate your issues to them. They were quick to solve an issue I had with my dishwasher and maintenance is quick and helpful. Would recommend this place to my friends and family!

As a tenant of the Flats at Spring Mill Station, it feels like the property management and maintenance team do not care about me. Things have changed for the worse since the new owner. One specific example is that there is a nuisance alarm coming from a fire safety closet in our building that can be heard from inside our unit. This has caused weeks of sleepless nights. I wouldn’t call that luxury apartment living. Despite multiple maintenance requests and phone calls, there has been no progress on this issue and they have offered no solutions and only “I’m so sorry.” Very disappointed in this living experience. Take your family elsewhere.
