Awesome Property and Location
Quiet and quaint apartment located near downtown. The application process was very easy and the management team is very responsive. The apartments are very clean and cute too with hardwood floors throughout. I would highly recommend if you are looking to move.

BE AWARE!
The landlord quoted me really low for 2 bedroom, found it odd. I paid them $100, I had to be after her for an update. To then be "denied" after I told her I'm going there in person. Be careful!

Charming with Problems
First of all, I love this apartment. I like the charming older features such as wood floors and built-ins. However, the apartment has too many problems to be a longterm living environment. For the Florida heat, one wall unit in the living room is not enough to cool down the entire apartment. The stove is very old. We constantly get mold in the ceiling and walls. If anyone in the complex has a friend or two over, there is no more parking left for tenants. Considering the location, the price is amazing. I like the shade and the nearby lakes. I can walk downtown or to Ivanhoe. It's cozy. I just wish I had central AC and new appliances.
