Friendly staff. Friendly neighbors. Great location. Got everything you need close by and I never have trouble finding parking. My family and I love it here!

I have been here for a week and I already feel at home. Everyone is so nice and I feel super safe in this community. Concierges even know my name already!! I have never had such an amazing experience living in a building!

Great place to live, friendly staff, quick responses to maintenance requests and safe area. Would recommend 42 broad to anybody who wants a great value, high quality of life living experience.

Amazing place to live! Neighborhood has banks, pharmacies and activities for children- it’s also very close to public transit. Staff is also super nice and always go above and beyond.

It’s been a wonderful transition into our new home. Enjoying my apartment. Each room holds a special feel. Lovely neighbors that we have met. Joined a Zumba Group of marvelous Lady Neighbors.

I recently moved into 42 Broad and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I did a look and lease, the entire process has been seamless. The application process was easy, and the move-in day went smoothly. The professionalism of the Bozzuto Team stood out to me right away. Shaun is always available to answer questions and made sure I had everything I needed. On the day I moved in, I was warmly welcomed by the concierge and staff, which made settling into my new home feel special. The community here is fantastic! Everyone I've met has been friendly, creating a welcoming environment that already feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and I’m always impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is. For my first apartment, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

My family & I just moved in 2 days ago & we love it here, its truly amazing! Everyone in the staff is top notch. From the concierges to the maintenance crew everyone has been super helpful, nice & quickly responsive. The location is prefect everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are super quite, beautiful & Peaceful. Special Thank you to Shaun Reilly & Sean Solon both gentlemen help my family & I tour the property, find the right room within our budget & guided us through the process from start to finish. You guys are awesome, Thank you for your help. I highly recommend 42 Broad to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Move in process was smooth. Concierge is amazing! The package room is so convenient and accessible. The common spaces are easily usable and quiet.

Now have been here for 3 months, and the experience is still going smoothly. Friendly concierge and clearing staff. Timely emails to notify about events ongoing or any maintenance issues. Very happy with the building so far.

I've very much enjoyed my time here, so much that I moved to a bigger apartment! I love the rooftop views and the quick commute to the city!

It’s been good. Everyone is responsive and kind. The building is kept clean, and when something needs fixing, it’s fixed right away. The management is attentive, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly. The overall atmosphere is positive. The only drawback is that at times, the numerous rules can make it feel a bit like living in a college dorm. While I understand they’re in place to maintain order, it can occasionally feel a bit restrictive. That said, the positives definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience.

Great easy and seamless move in experience! No issues with elevator use. Friendly staff that made moving easy. Wonderful communication regarding everything needed.

The management team and staff (concierge, cleaners, maintenance, etc) at 42 Broad are amazing. Accommodating, outside of the box thinking, solution finders, professional, friendly. Shaun, Brian, and Anissa (the ones I interacted with the most) are simply brilliant! Makes living here such a joy. I cannot say enough great things about the team because they really make the property a simple joy to live at (but we know there's nothing simple or accidental about it).

Move in was smooth and easy, and I love the space. I have had no problems since I started living here and love the view from my unit. The amenities are wonderful, too!

Overall, my experience here has been great. The staff is amazing and responds to requests quickly. I don't love that the amenities fee is not included in the rent as it is required. I also don't love that the cost of parking is increasing. The building also has some serious problems with leaks.

Absolutely loving it here so far! I moved into 42 Broad about a month ago, and everyone has been so helpful, maintenance is friendly and informative, and offer great tips on how to keep the apartment cool and air clean. All of the amenities and common spaces are nice and well-kept. I haven't begun my daily commute into NYC yet, but my experiences with the Fleetwood station have been great, it's just two blocks away. I do wish the crosswalk lights outside the building worked better though. The cross-county shopping plaza is a quick drive away for all your shopping needs! My few concerns are about the parking garage, it already seems pretty full during the week and the building still has a lot of units to fill so I'm a bit nervous about possibly not finding a spot in the future if it fills up more, and also the standing showers, the lip is so low to the ground it doesn't keep water from splashing out well. Overall, great building!

The move in process was very simple and they made sure the apartment was extremely clean and stocked with some essentials just in case I forgot to purchase pre-move.

So far the experience has been great. The team has been accommodating during our move in and made the signing process easy. We had a few small things that needed to be fixed upon move in which were handled swiftly.

Friendly staff and clean premises. Amenities are nice. The gym dumbbells could go a little heavier as me get a cross pulley system but overall the gym is great.

The building management does a great job to ensure that the community is growing how a great community should. I believe that they have a great staff that works very hard and accomadate all residents.

Frank in maintenance is awesome and the concierges Gorge and Shawn are fantastic. Anissa and Mo are super kind and communicative. The location of this building makes a super easy commute to the city and having Bronxville as are neighboring town is convenient.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the concierge services add a touch of convenience and luxury to everyday life. The only reason this review isn't a full five stars is the gym, which could use some improvements. While it offers basic equipment, it falls short of the high standards set by the rest of the building. Enhancements in this area would elevate 42 Broad to a perfect score.

It’s a clean building and a good neighborhood. There’s amazing staff working there from maintenance to concierge to the leasing office. Parking can be tough so the garage might be required.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 8 months, and I couldn’t be happier! The community here is vibrant and welcoming, with regular building events that make it easy to meet and connect with neighbors. From social gatherings to fitness classes, there is always something fun happening. The management team is incredibly responsive and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. The facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. I’ve been living here for about 6 months and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. The staff are super responsive, respectful, and overall caring. The other tenants in the building have really built a true community here, which makes the living experience so amazing. The amenities are amazing and always clean. I especially love the community events, I really hope to see more in the future!

The staff across the board has been amazing in helping us move in and getting our place ready to live. Also, our dog loves being able to great people as we come in from a walk.

The building is well maintained. Everyone who works for Bozutto is super kind and accommodating. There are always free activities and events where you get to meet your neighbors over food and drinks. At times, you’ll be surprised with a gift/swag or a nice breakfast, which is super thoughtful. We couldn’t be happier.

I rated the 42 Broad St 5-star apartment for all the respects including the cleanness, the amenities, the location, and most importantly the Management /maintenance services. We feel warm welcomed to ‘home’.

Great experience from touring and moving in. My only negative experience was finding out parking price was increased by $50 on our move on date, although I know it’s a separate company. But I will still give 5 stars since parking lot isn’t directly correlated to the building. So far have had a positive experience, and I love our apartment

We are very new to the building (a few days) but love it so far! The apartment was clean and is beautiful, and everyone we’ve met has been so nice and helpful!

From the quality of the gym, to the friendliness of the concierge, to the entire property management team, and to the quality of the building and its amenities, we love this building. We will have a hard time leaving if/when that time comes.

Folks who are moving from another state should seriously consider 42 Broad as a top contender. If you have decided that living in Westchester county is an acceptable commute from NYC, you will find that New Rochelle is noisy with ongoing construction and Yonkers is crowded. 42 Broad in Fleetwood is quiet (pick a unit facing away from the highway), 2 blocks from the train station, and a quick walk/drive to all major businesses. Terrific property managers and leasing team who genuinely made applying & screening transparent. The maintenance manager is great and the first-floor concierge greets everyone by name and meticulously makes sure all incoming packages are properly stowed in the locker. Property manager Shaun went out of his way to stay late for the night of my move-in and expeditiously responds to all my calls and emails. Finally, live42broad.com is truly better than that of any of other new properties. The online floor plans are informative and the virtual tour is very accurate.

I highly recommend living here, I mostly enjoy the private rooms they have for private family gatherings. Also the pools are amazing and the work area are sterile and kept clean at all times

The move in was extremely easy and the team was very helpful. Living at 42Broad has been a great experience to date and looking forward to staying for a few years!

So Far I like almost everything about my experience in the building. Probably, except the smell of weed on my floor. My neighbors are friendly and nice. Common spaces are great. The building is clean.

Overall, the place is pretty nice but there are a few annoying things: - The washing machine and dryer take forever (a normal drying cycle is 120 minutes) and I often have to run it twice or our clothes smell like mildew. - There are no fans in my unit so it's hard to air out the apartment. I especially wish there was one in the bathroom. - There are no lights in the living room or bedroom so we had to purchase some and unfortunately, we can't use the light switch as the outlet attached to the switch is covered by our bed. - The building is still in progress, so some amenities are not available. - The doors are very thin, so I hear a dog that is constantly barking down the hall. - Some people smoke inside.

My experience at 42 broad has been amazing so far! All staff who work in the building have been exceptional and always take the time to check in with me.

Everything has been really wonderful at 42 Broad! Any maintenance requests have been handled very quickly. They always let you know when they're coming so there's no surprise visits. The staff are all super friendly and helpful when answering any questions. The building is very quiet.

The entire transition into this new building was so easy and smooth. I enjoy the smell when entering the building and the community has so many options nearby to shop and eat. I am very happy with choosing to move in.
