About This Property
Flex Basic is the most budget-friendly option. It has a twin-size bed, a smart TV, and it is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy privacy with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Neighborhood/Building: Nestled in the heart of Victoria, the Hillside Quadra neighborhood stands as a lively community integrating the serenity of nature with the practicality of urban living. Our Sansar Apartments find their place to the north of Downtown Victoria, nestled between the Burnside and Oaklands neighborhoods, in close proximity to the trendy North Park and Topaz Park areas. This location boasts an array of amenities, including a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the city's major shopping malls. The University of Victoria is a just 8-minute drive away. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual room may vary slightly due to the layout. An in-person or virtual tour is recommended.

Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island between Juan de Fuca and Haro straits. On the island, Victoria has become the largest urban area. The city is known for the mildest winter climate of any city in Canada and its many parks and green spaces are loved by the locals.
Even though Victoria is known for its parks, there are still plenty of indoor attractions to enjoy. The Royal BC Museum is a world-class museum with natural and human history. Another great place to check out is Craigdarroch Castle. Completed in 1890, it has been restored to look as it did during the 1890s. If you prefer outdoor activities over indoor ones, Beacon Hill Park is 200 acres with tons of wildlife such as peacocks and deer. The Inner Harbour is a scenic patch of waterfront with tons of restaurants and stores to shop in. The Victoria Bug Zoo is a mini zoo that gives all of its visitors the opportunity to view live tropical bugs from around the world.
