What began as a resort getaway for the Low Country elite in the 19th century has blossomed into a thriving community on the outer edge of the Charleston area. Brand new to the community. The property is beautiful. It’s quite welcoming. We are on the third floor. I know it is nothing we could possibly do about it, but our neighbor above us walks extremely hard. Other than that, that is the only thing thus far
