I love the location of The Florence and the on-site accommodations are great! We have a pool and a really nice, well equipped gym, and great common areas for grilling and getting to know other residents. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff is very attentive to their residents. Apts are quiet. Mgmt works hard to provide special events frquently. Overall the building is very clean.

The Florence at the Harbor is a quiet, safe, clean and welcoming environment. They have a professional and caring staff. The amenities at this apartment are first-class. The parking is secure, and there is also ample visitor parking available. My experience at the apartment has been very good. There were some issues, but they were resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in the Rockwall area.

This is a great place to live, and the Florence Staff (all of them) are fabulous and very attentive to residents daily. They keep everyone abreast of daily happenings at the apartment complex, and the apartments are great too. The maintenance team is wonderful, quick to respond to requests for service request issues, and he is very thorough in explaining things as he is resolving the issues within my unit. I am very pleased with the Florence maintenance! I can't imagine my experience at the Florence at the Harbor improving upon the exemplary experiences I have had thus far. I am very pleased with Priscilla and all the staff at the Florence. They are all awesome!

Florence at the Harbor is hands down the best apartment I have had. I just moved to Texas (born and raised in Florida) and the moving experience was amazing due to the staff and upkeep of this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities is amazing. AND they have a gated garage for your car! So that's a huge plus lots of apartments don't have. Its's just an amazing place to live, I am always so happy to come home to this apartment.

Moving from Oklahoma to Texas was a HUGE step for me and my family but Logan, Priscilla, and Shannon were all so helpful and patient with us and made our transition so smooth. I was SO impressed by The Florence that I didn't even consider any other apartments after touring. When looking for an apartment I looked at different places and went back to one three times but the price and availability wasnt what I was needing. Came across The Florence and meet with Priscilla. She was very nice and helpful. She was the one who helped me from the start to finish to finding my new home and made me and my daughter feel welcome. Darius is also really nice and answers questions you may have. Both Priscilla and Darius are super nice and are they if you need anything.
