Management don’t reach out nor communicate. Staff very lazy and rude. Maintenance don’t fix nothing very lazy A/C out for weeks. Apartments needs improvement very out to date inside.

My son lived here with his children 7 years ago and they were filled with mold, my youngest grandson was always sick, in the room we noticed the wall was warped so we push it in an there was so much mold, it was absolutely disgusting!! We were shocked, they told the office an showed them, they simply covered it back up, and this was before hurricane Sally, those apartments got flooded during that storm, they had tarps over not only the roofs but the buildings itself, I can not imagine how much more mold all these people are breathing every day. This place needs to be shut down. It’s all about money. That’s all they want. It’s very sad to know that they know and continue to cover it up. I feel bad for the residents. One day something bad is gonna happen, an it’s very unfortunate. I like money also, but not at the expense of others. Shame on all of you who know this an allow it.

First they show a staged apartment that's nicely updated and elegant. But they actually rent you out of date roach infested apartments. The inside of the apartments are horrible but the outside are well kept. i didn't stay but 4 months. Then they tried to go up on my rent in the middle of my lease.

So apparently It is ok for some people to park at the apartment complex with no tag at all and some look like garbage or are double/triple/quadruple parked but my truck isn't? Not to mention how disgusting and piled up the dumpsters get. Will definitely be getting in contact with your corporate office after I get my vehicle back Stoddert Place Apartments I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I am with the office. I was out of town for two weeks and come home to my vehicle gone. I couldn't at least get a phone call? Oh but I got a note on my truck I assume couldn't really tell you since I wasn't here. Can't wait to get some more pictures taken and printed off to attach to my very long letter I will be writing to Richman Property Services. There are wayyyyy too many complaints to list.

Awful! Serious need new build! Need new remodeling! Need new everything. I refused keep leased. Landlord beg me to stay. I say no! Leave and never back, the landLord give to me full refunded back!

This place is filthy and they let any kind of person/trash move in. If you need something fixed, don't bother to let the office staff know because it won't get done. Trust me you are better off fixing it yourself. The children in this place are so bad and don't bother confronting the parents because they don't care and they try to get rude with you and I've had parents threaten me. My husband was attacked by a bunch of children and no one not even the police would help. So much mold on the windows and inside the carpets. Complained and nothing was done. Myself and a few neighbors have noticed the office staff will come inside your apartment for any reason and personal property has come up missing, of course office staff denies everything. No one I know has ever gotten their deposits back. When it comes time to move, they lie and will find every excuse not to give you the deposits back. Rent has gone up 4 times since my family and I have moved in. Sometimes with less than 30 days notice. Please I beg that you find something else. Don't make the same mistake my family and I have made. I can go on and on about this place but it would take all day. Please just stay as far away from this place as possible.

AWFUL!!!!! These apartments are terrible . The people in the office don't do anything . After the first month our rent went up 40$ ..they do not spray the apartments . When we moved in our apartment was infested with roaches . I've seen bed bugs and when I went down there they told me we brought them . I have never seen a bed bug in my life until now. We have black mold all around the wall where the air is and all in the bottom cabinet . There disgusting . The second month three black guys were in my car and my boyfriend chased them off.

I have lived here for 2 & a half years. It is RIDICULOUS the lengths they go to, to cover their mistakes instead of properly fixing them!! The staff are nice enough to your face, but if they were really doing their job, they would hire some decent maintenance men that actually do their job! If you have maintenance requests, be ready to wait a few days to a couple of weeks before maintenanve shows up at all to fix anything! A few times they half way fixed the leak under my sink. A couple weeks later it was leaking worse than before & it took them forever to even come look at it!! They raise everyone's rent with only a 30 day notice, every year usually in the middle of your lease!! always about $60. They only have two maintenance guys, & honestly the maintenance guy that doesn't even speak english does a much better job than the other maintenance guy. The other guy complains every time he has to come fix anything, & when you let the office know they find a way to blame it on you, the resident! I also have mold all around my air condition unit. Of course they tell me it's not mold and paint over it! VERY POOR MAINTENANCE! SUDDEN CHANGE IN RENT AMOUNT RAISED $60 HIGHER WITH ONLY A 30 DAY NOTICE. This place is so horrible, the majority of my neighbors have abandoned their apartments!! They are supposed to be income restricted, but charge you high rent. Some 3 bedrooms are $920. They raise the rent unexpectedl The terrible service you get here, is not worth these overly priced apartments! O ya! & my air condition unit broke once. I turned it off before going out of town for one week. When I got back it was broken. The maintenance guy insisted it was frozen and needed to thaw. So I was left without air condition for 2 days!! If you start complaining, they will find some reason to evict you. The staff write fake reviews often to sound good. Ask the tenants before you move in. Majority of us regret renting here & we will tell you the truth!! Rent anywhere else but here! Stoddert Place IS NOT WORTH IT!

Every time you renew your lease it goes up $60, and it takes years to get things fix, they are so backed up its ridiculous I asked for a filter for the a.c and its been months, no courtesy call or anything just you have to keep going in the office, they are very unprofessional, Dont get an apartment here

This place is the best deal anywhere. Cant wait to move in. I have spoke with the office staff and did the whole driver through thing and cant wait to move in. ALL I have heard are positive things about this property and its staff.

This apartment complex is a great bargain with everything you will ever need.

I visited this property several times. They are very nice apartments and I wouldn't mind living out there. Low Key and its in a nice area.
