Property Ratings at Foothill Lofts Apartments and Townhomes
Pool & gym bathrooms are always dirty & out of paper towels so can’t clean what equipment that isn’t broken either. Water fountain & fireplace broken. Cement gross from trash dripping. Pool consistently full of dead bugs, leaves, & hair! Way too much $ for the conditions of the amenities!
I moved in this spring (2023). I was not given a contract to sign until the 5th, I signed on the 6th. Late fees were assessed starting the 3rd. When I called to ask why the staff was extremely rude.
