When I moved into the facility almost 2 years ago, I thought that it was going to be a great experience. It started off as that, but then I heard of numerous complaints of car break ins, and eventually had it happen to myself. Someone drilled a hole in the bottom of my gas tank and let the gas run all over the complex. Another evening a few months after, my car window was broken into. Then came to find out my neighbor across the hall had their car stolen twice, and the unit to my right had been broken into twice. All the while, management lets us know that they are searching for approvals for security or cameras to be installed. I have emailed management and their corporate daily for a month straight regarding the break ins and nothing has been done and I have gotten no response from any of their management. If this much vandalism has began in the 2 years that I have been here, I can only imagine what else began before our lease. I would not recommend living here, the units are cheap and great square footage, but is it worth your safety? Probably not.
Really enjoyed renting from this unit for the past year. Johnny and Ryan are awesome guys that goes out of their ways to make everything right if there is ever any problem. Apartments are really spacious and you can't beat the price! Was really happy during my stay here!
The roof leaks every year and every year they say we fixed it. Dog poop everywhere liquor bottles and trash everywhere. Very scary stuff at night in the parking lot not safe at all to live here. Was injured by one of their employees neglect And Management refuses answer my phone calls or emails. Tired of the homeless sleeping in the parking lots at night And digging through the trash. No matter what they say they do not have security here. Very disappointed and tired of living here. Don't make the mistake of making this place your next home.
This was the first place that my husband and I called home. A whole lot of memories here. However while we were there during the last few months our neighbors did everything to make us look bad. Make up stuff about us. Can’t work on your car. People would trespass. They would take forever for special orders if something needed fixing in your unit. Other than those things I have nothing bad to say about it. It’s quiet and convenient to shopping and dining areas. Would love to see them upgrade their parking to two car closed garage parking for each unit, make it a gated community where you need a key fob or a code to enter.Adding a gym in place of one of the laundry rooms would be amazing. Lots of comp places have it. This place is a very nice community just would love to see it be and look better. Will always be home for us.
I live here and planning to move. In the past year, the property grounds don't look like the pretty pictures you see on the site. The laundry rooms are dirty, half the BBQs don't work or have brushes to clean them with even though it's been reported to the front office, Cars and storage lockers are broken into and non-residents swim in the pools. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!
This is a really good apartment. The open layout makes it seem bigger than it actually is which is great. The utilities (except electric) are included in the rent. This is the first place I have renewed a lease that DIDN'T increase my rent! That was amazing. The staff is friendly and quick to fix any problems.A little expensive, but I think it is definitely worth it.
The Foothill Village is a wonderful place to call home. The staff here is a wonderful people. They are like family. The landscaping here is beautiful. The quiet place to call home. The pool and jacuzzi also a wonderful place to unwind and relax in. Peaceful and quiet place here. Come by and see for yourself how lovely Foothill Village Apartments.
