Downtown living without the bustle of bigger cities! Even the Foothills themselves have smaller social parties to foster neighborly camaraderie. A large pool with out-door grills , a sauna, and small private gym make it so that recreational luxuries are just a few steps away. There are even playgrounds for the children.
