Ford Factory Lofts is an excellent place to live at. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ford Factory to anyone searching for a great place to call home.

Location is perfect, adjacent to a grocery store with several others in walking distance, The Beltline is connected to the building, restaurants and bars everywhere... I've lived in Atlanta for 5 years and will remain living in this building until I leave.

Great apartments to live at and a great price! Christine was so helpful and super nice when we first moved in and whenever we've needed help. Great location too with lots around, definitely recommend!

Everyone on the team at Ford Factory Lofts are friendly, responsive, and helpful. They responded to any questions in a timely manner and, in the event they couldn't assist (which was rare), they recommended who could. The apartment was awesome for the rent - right on the Beltline, with PCM, Kroger, Green's, and Whole Foods within a couple of blocks.

The maintenance crew are great. They respond promptly and are very polite.

I lived here for a few years. It is a cool place to live in a great location. Staff is super friendly and helpful, from the ladies in the office to the maintenance guys. Great experience.

Ford Factory lofts have so much to offer. The location is amazing and I hardly have to drive anywhere. Having lived all over Atlanta, the feel of these lofts is unmatched!

Beltline living at a great price! Closest to Kroger and Ponce, secure parking garage, historic building to Atlanta, and a stone’s throw away from everything the beltline has to offer. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to live in this part of town.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed all of it from the office ladies, maintenance, neighbors and location. It’s so easy!

Been at Ford Factory Lofts for a couple of years now. Really like it here. The management is on the ball, and the lofts have a great, unique feel with plenty of space and light. Plus, it's in a convenient spot with easy access to shops and transport. Good place to live.

Great location, right on the beltline. The office staff is incredible, and loved living here. Everything you need is walkable, and you can't beat that these days!

Ford has been an excellent home for the last few years. The building’s walkable access to the beltline, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and bars is very hard to find.

The location is great and the office staff/maintenance folks are nice. The reason I've rated this place so poorly is because of one word: Cleanliness. The entire place is a disaster. The hallways stink, the floors are disgusting. They've been doing "renovations" on the ground floor for the past 3 months (nobody has even worked on it for the past month). If you "tour" this place, take a long pause and think to yourself. The cleanliness is not worth the location. Even outside of the building when you walk to/from your car is a disaster. I can guarantee you that after a few weeks of living here, you'll quickly release your mistake. There's been bugs on the stairway down to the Laundry room for the past 4 months (never cleaned). The washer/dryer machines will routinely take your money. The smell in and around the building is unbearable. The hallways/floor in and around the apartment entrances are disgusting. There's no roof inside the main area so there's always puddles which MULTIPLIES the smells 10x. I'm planning to break my lease (I don't care about the large $ penalty to break the lease) to leave this place in 1-2 months because of these issues. I'm embarrassed to bring people over.

I paid my rent on time for five years. After Ford Factory let me know that my rent was being raised another $150 a month, I decided to leave at the end of my lease. They tried to levy a failure to give proper notice of leaving (after the lease ended) of $1400. Also my car was towed from the lot but they failed to reimburse me for charges. My leasing agent is difficult. The building is a slum. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I lived at Ford Factory before the Beltline was there. My neighbors were cool and I like being in the heart of things. Walking to Kroger was so convenient. Loved being able to go downstairs and get Chinese food. Just a neat place to live. Wish I lived in GA still I would love living there again and enjoying all the great changes

Great location next to the beltline, good restaurants, shopping, bars close by. Trash areas are not cleaned properly and are foul smelling. No amenities at all with this place.

We were looking for in town apartments that had to be pedestrian friendly. We noticed an ad for factory lofts on the beltline, next to ponce city market. It had never occurred to us that this building contained apartments. If you want location and character these are great apartments! They are also reasonably priced, considering the same sized apartments across the beltline are $500 more per month. Parking is shared with businesses and the local kroger so sometimes parking is an issue. The area is up and coming, but still don't leave cars unlocked. Everyone enters the building via an open atrium after using a security card. Our one bedroom has great 10' factory windows over looking the beltline and ponce city market. The apartment has a decent sized galley kitchen that has been renovated via black painted cabinets. Appliances all work well, as do the bathroom fixtures. It's a good layout that makes the most of the space. Painted concrete floors throughout. It isn't the latest and greatest in terms of materials or appliances but it is not dated either. Laundry is $1.50 per load, after purchasing a $5 laundry card. The only complaints I have is that there aren't washer hookups in the apartments and the property manager Lindsey is very condescending. Makes me wonder how many people she has scared away from these great apartments.
