Stuff and maintance are nice, some neighbors do not realize how much noises they do after hours assigned . It is quiet and nice neighborhood. There playground, gym, and pool avaliable at the site which make it convience.

Honestly, this is overall a nice place to stay. It's quiet (for the most part), but these apartments REALLY need some renovating, not just the amenities or appliances, and those could be a lot better as well. Every time it rains, my entire apartment smells of mildew, and I can't use my bathroom closet, much less my shelves in my bedroom closets. My fridge STAYS leaking; I just stopped asking for it to be fixed at this point. The ladies in the office are really sweet and helpful, THIS is what makes things bearable. However, with these prices, the apartments themselves could be a lot better.

Management has always responded promptly to my complaints and have addressed my issues for the most part. Some of the neighbors are super enjoyable, but the majority have no respect for others. (Loud music at night, revving cars right outside your window, leaving the gym a mess, etc.)

We love the community here! We had a few issues at the beginning, but they were quickly sorted out and management was very kind and helpful through it all. We haven't been here long yet but the touring and move-in process were both simple and fairly fast. They have great options for deposits that make that easier as well. My only complaint is that maintenance is SLOW in fixing issues.

I have been a resident for almost 8 years and I have never had the experience that I have had over the past year. I have been asking for new appliances due to old rusting refrigerator and non working fire hazard stove and after 6 months I received a old refrigerator and stove. Also I have had 30 day notes to vacate eventhough my rent was paid on time at least 3 different times and feel that it is being done purposely my the office Manager Jennifer. She is very Sarcastic and shows that she really does not care about the residents at forest chasewood. I use to like living here and now I will make sure this will be the last lease that I sign. Residents should not have to beg for decent working appliances and should not have 39 day notices placed on their door to vacate in 30 days when their rent is paid.

Overall the staff is friendly but the management does not put much effort into upgrades and improvements. The community is typically quiet on most days but there are times when the neighbors aren’t very neighborly in their behaviors and can be loud.

The office staff are nice and understanding. When you call the office, someone will pick up the phone, which is really nice because I've had issues with prior offices and they never answered their phones. I also like that the pool is hardly ever closed. Last but not least, I love the Amazon lockers on site because you don't have to worry about ppl taking your stuff.

I just moved here 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love my new apartment. The staff is so nice. The complex is quiet which I love. I love the fact that at night they have a lot of lights that light up the complex. I go to work early so that is a good benefit for me gives me extra security.

I love living here! The complex is always clean and unkept. They definitely put a lot of thought into making sure residents live comfortably. They also have an amazing staff. Overall the apartment is very nice and you can tell they put some money into the remodel, that really suits my taste.
