I like living here. The office staff is very nice. I also enjoy being close to shopping places. The grounds are kept up nice. I like the fact that they hold community events and give back to the community.

Life is good at this complex. Maintenance does there best to pay attention to work orders. Amenities are decent. Amazon lockers are most helpful.
We love the community here! We had a few issues at the beginning, but they were quickly sorted out and management was very kind and helpful through it all. We haven't been here long yet but the touring and move-in process were both simple and fairly fast. They have great options for deposits that make that easier as well. My only complaint is that maintenance is SLOW in fixing issues.
Great neighborhood to live in. Very peaceful and quiet. I also love the cleanliness and how easy it is to reach someone at the office at all times.

Being that this is my first move ever….this was a pretty good move I am very happy with everything the office staff was great very friendly and helpful.
The office staff was super helpful they made my move in experience easy smooth and hassle free… they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in by the date I requested.
I have been a resident for almost 8 years and I have never had the experience that I have had over the past year. I have been asking for new appliances due to old rusting refrigerator and non working fire hazard stove and after 6 months I received a old refrigerator and stove. Also I have had 30 day notes to vacate eventhough my rent was paid on time at least 3 different times and feel that it is being done purposely my the office Manager Jennifer. She is very Sarcastic and shows that she really does not care about the residents at forest chasewood. I use to like living here and now I will make sure this will be the last lease that I sign. Residents should not have to beg for decent working appliances and should not have 39 day notices placed on their door to vacate in 30 days when their rent is paid.
Overall the staff is friendly but the management does not put much effort into upgrades and improvements. The community is typically quiet on most days but there are times when the neighbors aren’t very neighborly in their behaviors and can be loud.
The office staff are nice and understanding. When you call the office, someone will pick up the phone, which is really nice because I've had issues with prior offices and they never answered their phones. I also like that the pool is hardly ever closed. Last but not least, I love the Amazon lockers on site because you don't have to worry about ppl taking your stuff.
I just moved here 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love my new apartment. The staff is so nice. The complex is quiet which I love. I love the fact that at night they have a lot of lights that light up the complex. I go to work early so that is a good benefit for me gives me extra security.
The management is not good. Dogs without leash, trash on the floor, lights out and not replaced, animals without owners all over the community.
Enjoy the scenery, location and the apt itself. Very peaceful and quiet. Everyone so far seems pleasant. I also like the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is a good space size and like the feature of the light that is automatic.

I love living here! The complex is always clean and unkept. They definitely put a lot of thought into making sure residents live comfortably. They also have an amazing staff. Any questions or concerns I have get taken care of, any time I need maintenance they always come at good timing and get the job done quickly. I also love the pool area and how clean it always is. Overall it’s a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend.
Quiana was well informed, kind, attentive and professional amongst a host of other things. Overall the apartment is very nice and you can tell they put some money into the remodel, that really suits my taste. My first night was so peaceful and I’m looking forward to being a part of this community and I love the fact that it has trees, it’s not the concrete high rise apartments they are being built all over and I appreciate that
i love my two-bedroom apartment. it's the perfect size plus great amenities, and affordable, also in a great location. im close to everything. restaurant's, shopping even downtown location. the office personnel are kind and caring.

I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks but the neighborhood is quiet. The amenities work & are kept clean. The front staff get back to you in a timely manner. The residents seem nice.
I love the workers here they are all so professional and generous. Me and my partner really love our new apartment. The application process did take a little longer for us but that was mainly because of our last apartment community.

I love it ! There was a problem with my heat when I moved in, I reported it to the office and it was taken care of ASAP. The community staff and maintenance took care of me and put my problem as priority!
Been here only 2 months going on 3 months, great complex and very quiet place. Nice neighbors no drama. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.
Overall the community is pretty good. Just a few things can be worked on. For example answering the phone during the day. Becky is a great employee to go to if you have an issue. She approachable, always great you with a big smile, she very welcoming

I give 5 stars maintenance and staff are great. Once you put in a order to be completed right away. Most of the staff is friendly and eager to assist.

Quiet property. Car wash, dog park, and pool on site. Can't wait to see the pool once it's upgraded to saltwater. I wish my apartment was a bit bigger, but it is very cozy and I love the bay window.
Thank you for following up. I arrived at the complex at 2:30 looking to be toured and there was no agent in sight. The maintenance man asked and said the person would be right back but we needed to wait in our car. However, I had other showings scheduled that I couldn’t miss. I looped back to the showing and called ahead of time the phone wasn’t being answered and when someone finally did at 3:30 an hour after waiting I was told there were no apartments that were able to be shown for a tour. which I could’ve been told ahead of time. When I arrived the person inside had the shades pulled like the building was closed. Even after I just got off the phone with her 5 minutes before. And then she had me and my mom waiting for 10 more minutes typing just to run through the prices of everything. No pictures no visuals just prices.
I love living here. It is a very good experience. The people are friendly and the community is kept up very well clean and neat. I have not had any issues here.
If your thinking about moving here, look somewhere else.The management is more focused on how they look to the public then caring for their residents. I had mold In my apartment that was tested to be dangerous and they insisted that it was just mildew from keeping the ac too cold. If you have any issue or every need anything DONT ask the manager for help, you will regret it.
I've lived here for 7 years and I'm glad to say that I'm happily turning in my keys next week. The staff was constantly in a state of flux (retention rate was low) and they didn't know how to speak to their residents. One leasing manager was very condescending, but that didn't stop me from professionally checking her. There were yearly rate increases, but there wasn't a clear breakdown as to why; multiple fees for water/sewage with no clear explanation. Some of the neighbors I've had (past and current) are less than stellar. One person lives in the apartment across from me, but she has at least 6 or 7 other people in her place all day at any given time; they're loud and obnoxious, even late into the night. The office has been notified, but nothing has been done. The only significant improvements that I've seen were a fresh coat of paint on the exterior of all buildings, new roofing, and a resurfaced parking lot. The only people who actually did their job was maintenance. Things have gone downhill at this complex since 2013 and I'm beyond thrilled to say goodbye to it.
I really love the neighborhood. Its always very clean and quiet plus the office and maintenance staff are AMAZING!!
