Property Ratings at Forest Cove Apartments
The only reason we moved is cause we moved out of state.. This community was very affordable and offered a lot to the residents. We so enjoyed the pool in the hot summer months. I think we will miss that the most. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Their on line bill pay saved me more times then I can count from being late. If i move back to Springfield, MO I will defiantly look them up first.
Lived there for a year and couldn't wait for my lease to end. The whole building reeks of cigarettes. Maintainice there is nonexistent. Reported a case of mold and never seen/heard a worker. The apartment complex IS falling apart. Stray away from at all costs.
The apartments reeked of cigarettes, the buildings looked like they were falling apart, and the office staff have away a promised apartment.
