Property Ratings at Forest Creek Apartments
Property management staff is courteous. Residents gets the feel that the management care for them. Apartments are very well maintained. Calm area. Any maintenance calls are attended at super fast speed. All major shopping centers are within 3-5 miles range. Very safe area to live. The price is definitely lower than the other property in Lexington and the apartments are almost new. I would highly recommend this property!!
I love living at forest creek I live in a 2 bedroom apt and it has so much storage and room. The neighbors are quiet and the community is pretty. I’ve only had one maintenance problem and it got fixed right away. Its a good area in Lexington. 5 star!
The property is clean and well-kept, but the apartments are NOT updated. I toured the property today and the woman told me that only 8 of their units are updated (look like the pictures posted above). She told me all of their updated units are occupied and those tenants are all on on 12 month leases. AND they don’t plan on renovating or building again for a very long time (her exact words). So if you want to wait a year to see if one of the 8 updated units will be vacant, go ahead. Other than that, you’ll be leasing an apartment with white appliances and outdated fixtures. I’ll admit that the unit was “ok”. It does come with washer/dryer hookups. But I was so disappointed that none of the updated units are available, and that they don’t plan on renovating again for a long time. The lady who gave us the tour was very friendly, but don’t get your hopes up thinking you’ll see a renovated unit.
My brother and I lived here for almost 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice apartments for a very affordable price located in a very nice neighborhood. Terry, the lady at the front desk, was wonderful. Always very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Upon moving in I discovered the apartment has fleas. I have begged and pleaded to get someone professional to treat the apartment but nothing has been done. Three weeks of "treatment" and the apartment is still infested as bad as it was before. "Treatment" includes sending maintenance in to spray raid or some other liquid in hopes that the problem will go away. A quick internet search will show that the number one way to get rid of fleas is by vacuuming and they have only just now begun to do that, and they are doing it poorly as they have completely neglected to vacuum several areas that are known problems. The owner has not been responsive despite my repeated efforts to contact him, opting instead to hide behind his employees as they deal with my complaints. The lack of professionalism from the owner has been appalling and it is the single worst fiscal mistake I have ever made in choosing to rent from Arnold Properties. The only redeeming quality for this place is the land lady who works in the office. She has tried her best but the owner refuses to do anything decent as it might cost him a bit of money. I will never rent from this abysmal property group ever again.
I have lived in Lexington the past five years, and the past 4 months have been some of the best living experiences of my entire time here. The place is very quiet, rent is not that bad, and parking is beautiful! No pass needed for me or any of my guests, which is a rarity in Lexington. People at the front desk are friendly and very competent. I recommend anyone who is looking for a simple one-bedroom apartment and in a lovely dead-quiet neighborhood to rent here.
the complex is very clean and well kept and the staff is very available and accommodating. Great place to live.
