Terrible I’m here out of current convenience. I had to reach out in contact y’all in regards to my lease renewal. Secondly, it was never made aware that the renters insurance policy requirements have changed so I submitted everything in over a month ago just to turn around and find out that that’s no longer up to your knees or standards. Lastly, your maintenance man are constantly trying to flirt with me as opposed to just doing their work. The staffing and the communication is just very unprofessional and I’m starting to believe I now live in the ghetto

Ceiling leaked for months. Was told in order for them to fix the garbage disposal they would have to replace all plumbing in the building. Roach infested and valet trash is not dependable but you aren’t able to opt out of it. This has been my worst experience as a first time renter.
I’ve been dealing with mold in my apartment for almost a year. They have switched management and both times I’ve been lied to and have to keep calling them just for them to send someone out to scrap the mold off the ceiling but not fix the problem. The mold keeps growing back and management does not seem to care
I would like to first start by saying Chris is very amazing. This is my first apartment and he was very patient and helpful with getting me through this process. The apartment was nice as soon as I seen it and any problems were fixed right away. The trash gets taken from your front door so it’s less of a hassle to go to the dumpster. And it’s such a quiet area and peaceful even on the weekends. I love this space !
The day I signed my lease was on a Friday, I went to go clean the apartment before officially moving in. Well, after being inside for about 20 minutes I started seeing ROACHES! I informed the office personnel & they had the maintenance man come “spray” some home defense. So I took it upon myself & went purchased 6 Raid roach foggers & bombed the apartment myself. Came back Saturday still seeing ROACHES.. Went & purchased 6 more foggers & repeated the bombing process again. I finally moved myself, my kids & my stuff in the apartment about 5 days later.. Guess what! The roaches are still there.. Well they have had an “exterminator” come twice supposedly to do a “deep treatment”. But I still see them. Not as many but 1 is too many for me. I told them they need to do all the apartments in that building. Anyways, my last step is I’m going to get my own exterminator to come. If that don’t work I will for a fact be breaking my lease! I don’t live with roaches! And I’m pissed that I’m going to have to throw my furniture away to insure that I don’t bring these unwanted guests with me. Very unhappy/pissed off tenant

HORRIBLE !! ROACHES AND NOTHING GETS FIXED PERMANENTLY!! I would rate a 0 if i could. I moved in sept 2018 and needless to say i moving out already less than 4 months in and i refuse to pay or stay any longer . Worst decision i ever made and since i have never wrote a review i think i should to save someone the headache and stress! The day upon moving in i realized my air was out and the next day upon move in roaches! Starting seeing like 2 to killing 4-5 a day. Which made me not even move my new furniture in only my beds. I wish i never wasted my time or money if i hadn't already paid i would have moved out immediately. MY air and heat has went out over 7 times since i been there and it always gets fixed just to go out had to buy fans and heaters. Also the bugs , they came maybe 2 times to spray even when i called the office to tell them.I wasn't apparently put on the list bc no one came , i even stayed home one Thursday the day they come and nope no one came to spray my apartment. The manager wouldn't change my apartment just promised a special treatment called a clean out would work, guess what? It didn't. Didn't even offer a discount off the trash of apt bc she said i moved in on a move in special with $200 off so there was nothing she could offer.If i pay this type of money i wouldn't expect theses issues. Also i was recommended that i bomb it myself before i put all my belongings in the apartment really after i gave them my money. They are a joke! Dog poop in the hallways and trash compactor is always disgusting and over flowing or broke. The apartment is nothing like what you see on the website. Also moved in to a peeling ceiling in my room looks like water damage that they failed to even cover up. Save yourself

From the moment I started my application process until now has been a complete nightmare! They would say they didn't receive any of my documents or money, no one answers the phone and the prices fluctuate daily despite what you were told the price would be! I was told I would move Dec. 9, but my unit wasn't ready until the 15th! When I would ask about my apartment, they kept giving me later and later dates. I finally got my lease on the 13th and went to pick up my keys only to be told I could not get my keys because the counters and carpets were not done yet. I got really angry and was put out of the front office even though I am a resident!!! They would not hear me out until 2 days later! I finally got my keys and went to the unit and EVERYTHING IN THE UNIT WAS NOT FIXED! The only thing that was "updated" were the counters to where I had to pull the paper off the counters and walls because they just finished "updating" them. My bedroom windows were shut so tight they would not open, the patio door was extremely hard to open, the screen had a big hole in it and was laying on the ground of the patio, my doors to the washer/dryer were off track, the outlets were not working, my bathroom door would not close, not to mention the A/C was broken, the tub would not drain, the drawers were poorly nailed to the base and would not open, the dish washer was filled with roaches, and etc. When I told the manager about the issues (I wrote it on the check list) she said the A/C was not a priority because it was not "A/C" season. It took them from December to March to fix all the things wrong with my unit, that should have been fixed from jump. Not to add on my electricity would not work in February or march due to them having an electrical issue that was not relayed to me and was only in my apartment. the electrician came out without my notice and rewired my apartment and made the lights, a/c, and stove not working, then came back and my stove and a/c were still not working. It wasn't until I decided to go to court with them that they fixed all the request in my unit and refused to switch me to a new unit. I suggest everyone to NOT MOVE HERE!!! The prices are too high for very bad service. Front office does not care enough to answer your calls or emails unless it is about rent. Your rent changes monthly based off of added fees and charges that are not explained in your lease. You are paying for other people who did not pay their rent or trash fees.

I just recently moved in.... I honestly like it, but there are only 2 things that bother me. First, the pest infestation problem. Maybe it's because I hate bugs, the site of any bug makes my skin crawl particularly roaches/water bugs and there's a lot of them and it freaks me out. Not to mention, when pest control comes, they drip the stuff all over my hard wood floors and it take major elbow grease to get it up, annoying! Secondly, the water is not clean. I boiled 2 eggs for the first time and there was brown dirt around the the ring of my white pots. I told management but they tried to blame it on my pots and I had just bought them..
I wish I would have done more research on this community. The grounds are not kept up, breeze ways are filthy. Management does not follow through. If she says she will call you back, wait on it. Her and I have had several interactions over the phone and they have not been pleasant. When this lease is up we are running not walking away from this place. Beware!!! Sometimes you have pay more to get quality!!!
They denied me an apartment because I have a misdemeanor on my record that I got in 1993!!!!! MISDEMEANOR!!!!! I broke a car window and paid for it. Mind you, I work for the Federal Government and I am a warranted official making $100K !!!! I just moved to Atlanta and need to find an Apartment until I find a house I want to buy!!! So, I can work for the Federal Government but cannot get an Apartment???????????
I just recently moved in here, gowever j have many friends who live here and are happy in their neighborhood. I love how spacious ny floorplan is and the fact that i cannot hear my neighbors.
The apartments are pretty nice great appliances friendly neighbors overall a great neighborhood.
Let me begin by saying that the location and price for this apartment is unbeatable. You are 2 minutes from shopping, groceries, fast food, nice restaurants, doctors, and the hospital! The maintenance is actually pretty decent. Only takes about 3 days to get something fixed. The problems that I have had were addressed. The actual apartment itself is nothing fancy. The appliances and counters are very outdated, especially compared to the model. When we got the key to our apartment, and did a walk through, we found maggots in the refrigerator and dishwasher. We let the office know and they took care of it. The hardwood floors were extremely dirty, not at first glance, but they turned our socks completely black. It took a ton of mopping. There were roaches which thankfully, we have been able to keep under control. The neighbors are fine and the layout of the apartment itself is ok. We are moving because we are not extremely impressed with the place and its not worth the $100.00 increase in rent to renew the lease.
