When I started the living room/patio sliding door is broken but they did troubleshoot it not change it so in the past six months I have a defective door.Then the washer and dryer are hard to manipulate the controls knob and you should have a good technique just to be able to turn the knob and as expected the worn out knob didn't last.i have been buying my own knobs on line but because the handle that holds the knob is over used eventually it doesn't stick anymore like when you have worn out car wheels that no longer have traction.i raised these issues a few days when i started and never heard from them until now.So that's what you will be expecting if you choose this place.The pay is not worth it.They should have already replaced the washers and dryers but no they are saving more money at the expense of their tenants.

First off the management is the worse i have ever dealt with! This place will try to squeeze every last dollar out of you when it comes to lease and many other violations they feel free to make up! i just signed my second lease with them a few months ago and there maintance crew is the absolute worse! i have called them about the same sink being fixed several times and plus the mgmt does absolute nothing about the problem with people picking up after their dogs! the neighbor hood is getting worse and there are major problems with the homeless taking stuff from the patios since you cant put up any gates for your patios protection wich include a fine if you try too! My car has been broken in too twice and they said they are not responsible for our property since they no real security either! This is by far my worst experience living any apt complex and the main mgr lives on the property but turns a blind eye to all the homeless and riff raft coming through!
I have lived here for less than a year and when i first moved in I was told that i was getting new carpet acourse i quickly found out it was only cleaned by the neighbors! My children where bitten up by flees because the last renter had a dog! The apartment was a joke when i moved in the sinks where painted instead of replaced!! The counetrs are old and the place has a huge cockroach problem! The trash bins are always overfilled and they try to fine you for anything even hanging plants on your balcony!! If its the streets or this place then I guess its worth living here and the management is the worse i have ever dealt with!! Seriously dont move here unless you are completely out of any other options!!
-If this complex had more communication with their staff... -If Maintenance responded when they're really needed... -If There was more parking spaces... -If There wasn't as many 'automated calls' from the office.. -If They would've re-modeled their old Gym... -If They had a 'Lease Renewal' Offer... This would have been The Perfect Place To Live! I love the Inside of the Unit and how spacious it is!
Great quiet community in great location and amminities within walking distance. Apartments spacious size at great value, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court. Management very nice leading to great living environment.
