I'll be brief on the issues here. Constant strangers parking on private property you can tow the car if they do park in your spot so there is a perk but that's if the tow company even claims to have anyone available the smell of weed is still constant kids playing ding dong ditch trash is always over the parking lot that is bad enough to pop your tires. Vomit/trash from the neighbor apt across the street. Management is never really in the office but is a cool person the apt is up for sale so you will get people coming but to look constant. They say they have a no pet policy but you manage to have a pet and nothing is said until people don't pick up after their animals feces. You get some loud neighbors fighting in the parking lot to their apts cars have been set on fire . But lately there has been quiet people who leave in the morning and don't come back to late it's quiet MOST of the time. If you move here don't be that neighbor that has your friends parking in the parking lot the street is where they should park unless they want to go to get their cars from a tow yard which I hear at this place can be difficult and pay $350 which is the lowest to get your car back. Also when you sign the contract it states nothing about paying another month you won't be here but paying for but the landlord still wants her money they might change that soon but just a heads up on that

These apartments are horrible.. I've lived in them for almost three years. I started off paying 845 and now pay 1470 that's not including water, sewer, and garbage. Im paying for others outside of the thin walled apartments, because outsiders come and throw theirs in the dumpster. There is a lot of drug use from tenants and their company. Nothing will ever be fixed and they go up on the rent every 6 month for what? Some apts have dishwashers and some don't. I was told that roaches and mice is a problem although I haven't seen any in my complex. The rent is not worth living project style. Enough said

Posting from phone so I'll be brief. Lived here 12 months, here are the highlites. Large number of 'criminal' neighbors. Police frequently called to this complex. Both my car and home were broken into here and robbed. Laundry rooms are constantly broken into and machines vandalized/robbed for quarters so there really is no laundry on site. Enjoy the smell of marijuana, as it is wafting from most of the buildings and smoked in plain view outside most days/nights. Gates do not lock, residents jam them open with rocks and the CCTV cameras do not work. Might have something to do with the crime here. Units themselves are old with warped floors, old carpet and toilets/tubs/sinks from the 60s. My toilet rocks like a rocking chair. Our oven has been broken since June and still is not repaired. Management is ineffective and lackadaisical at best. The only upside to this place is cheap rent. At the end of my lease I received a nice letter on my door letting me know they are increasing my rent by 50%. Fifty percent. Over $500 increase. Goodbye and good riddance.
