Great place to live, walkable location.

We have lived here for just under 6 months and the experience has been great. The property is clean and the neighbors are friendly! Move in was smooth and online rent payments are super convenient for us.

Absolutely Beautiful!

These townhouses are so nice! Having a garage in community living is a luxury, and I love it. The kitchen is also really open, so if you love to cook, it’s great. The management is friendly and helpful, and the property always looks good. I’d recommend it here.

EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Friendly, professional staff: 24-hour emergency availability & they even respond on weekends. Maintenance calls answered w/in 24 hours. Building is brand new so everything is beautiful. Cleanest apartment I’ve ever rented! Even had a welcome basket with toiletries and a potted orchid waiting for me in the kitchen.

We love it!

My family and I have made this place home for about a year now. It is one of our favorite rentals! This place is well kept, so cute and spacious, friendly and respectful neighbors, close to everything, paired with a timely and helpful staff. It’s a winner! I’ve rented from some terrible properties/managers in the past. This is definitely NOT that. If it were, I’d say so. It’s been a pleasure renting here!

Property Manager at Forest Grove Townhomes, Responded To This Review

Hello Jennylin, Pulitzer Properties LLC has functioned with integrity and honesty for 30 years. You have left a malicious and inaccurate review because you broke your lease in the following ways and were asked to fix the violations. Instead you chose to give 30 days notice. 1) You converted your garage into a bedroom in violation of Fire Ordinances without notifying management or asking permission. 2) You repeatedly left your dog's droppings in the common area. My maintenance man and several other tenants called to let me know that they had witnessed this. In fact, you stared at my maintenance man with a look of "You pick it up." Also, there is a doggy doodoo station always full of bags. I have photo's of the dog droppings from my maintenance man. 3) You dumped your trash - with your name and address on the boxes - outside the dumpster instead of inside the dumpster. I have photos of the trash with your name and address on it laying all over the ground. 4) You left your car parked in spots not assigned to you because you had secretly converted your garage to a bedroom. You were warned several times in writing prior to even receiving a fine.
