a older but good place
these are good apartments ..its only 3 buildings with 4 apartments in each and run by a great elderly man who does a good job of keeping up with things and getting things fixed as quick as possible.the rent is reasonable and water is included.but being elderly and my sons moved in to help me things are still tight for us...so a life time of free rent would be a blessing
