Property Ratings at Forest Hills at Belview
Let me start by saying the landlord Tasha is wonderful. But the new owners are what’s causing the place to go downhill. The place was wonderful up until they took over. They immediately raised the rent lol. Rules were changed little nit picky things, it’s letter after letter about you can’t do this and we decided we aren’t going to allow this etc. We use to have quarterly inspections which is pretty standard and maintenance when you request it. They are now constantly sending out maintenance forms the day before hand sometimes 2 if they are generous, to do things that have already been done. So basically they are just making up excuses to come in and snoop in peoples homes every month and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Who wants to deal with that all the time? Also it doesn’t matter if you have paperwork for your ESAs they are trying to only allow ONE animal in the residence even when it had never been a problem before this. It doesn’t matter if a licensed professional deems them necessary for your needs, they will question it and require other documentation to when it should not be needed at all. Looking like a potential law suit headed their way. I will be so happy when another place becomes available. Save yourself the headache, rent from anywhere else.
I am writing this review on the townhomes in Radford called Forest Hills at Belview, it seems to be quite location to live for me. I can truly say that it has changed for the better in the last year. I have not had a problem of any sorts since I been here and I always get a pleasant conversation with Ms. Tasha when I call about anything. She is truly a gem to have working in the complex office never a bad word or say I'll get back with and don't, she always follow up no matter what the situation is. I love that the property is being kept cleaner than has been and the experience with the snow being plowed and not freezing over where we could not move out vehicles. Great Job Ms. Tasha & Groundsmen
