Minutes away from Downtown Nashville sits Madison, a suburb with plenty of major highway access including I-65, I-24, I-40, and Briley Parkway as well as local access roads State Route 45 and Dickerson Road. These varied road entries make traveling and commuting to Nashville simple.
Madison affords residents a small-town feel with all the conveniences of a major city. Renting in Madison provides you with the opportunity to drop by the Bluegrass Music Park at Larry’s Grand Ole Garage for an authentic bluegrass experience, pop over to Monkey Joes for inflatable, kid-friendly fun, and pay tribute to fallen soldiers at the historic Nashville National Cemetery at any time.

Property Ratings at Forest Park
Buildings are very old but fairly well maintained. Wall are very thin, you will know what your neighbors are watching on tv and vice versa. No assigned parking. Rent will increase substantially every year.
Please don't rent from theses people I pay 800.00$ a month for some thing That's worth 100.00$ a month.. nor worth any thing
my mom and i have lived here since 2010. At first it was a good place to live. Management is nice and maintenance takes care of everything as soon as you call. But when you are late on rent the late fee is too much and you have to have it in on a certain time. it is a good place to call home if you are on a budget but i would not recommend living here for very long unless you are on time with your rent each month. The neighborhood is kind of ok/bad and i suggest getting a security system installed.
