We absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, the leasing office is the most helpful, and our kitties love it too! Highly recommend
The property is so beautiful from the foliage to the architecture. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It was amazing getting to walk to our unit. Like a stroll through the woods.
My son and I have been here for almost y year and we really love living here. It's super quiet and safe. There is never any problems going on. The managers are super sweet and always willing to help. They are always doing fun stuff. We just did a scavenger hunt for st Patrick's day!!

Everything that we do is for our residents. Thank you for your feedback.
We have such an interactive community and office staff, they are always helping and finding fun ways to get everyone out and meeting everyone. The apartments it’s self are very well kept any issues the lady’s up in the office take care of it without hesitation
The location and staff are wonderful. The units aren't super modern but they get the job done. While some units (I'm in my 3rd) have some issues, the staff and maintenance do a fantastic job of handling issues in a timely manner.

We greatly appreciate your 5-star review. Your feedback is essential to continuous improvement.
This place sucks so bad. It's roach city and the AC doesn't work at all. It takes weeks of repeatedly calling and emailing to hear back from management and they are NEVER in their office during their posted office hours. And if something breaks good luck getting it fixed. Save yourself a lot of trouble and look elsewhere.
i moved in a few months ago and nothing was clean, there were a lot of damages and i’ve seen many bugs already, the dishwasher smells and barely cleans, the ac doesn’t work, it moves up and down by itself and we have no control over the temperature, it’s summer. the washer has dirt all over the sides, and the dryer looks like it might catch on fire, and it makes our clothes smell like skunk, and when we moved in the sink had an orange film all over it. i haven’t had any problems with management, besides one time when someone knocked on our door early in the morning and let themselves in while we were asleep, we had to come out in the living room immediately. i wouldn’t recommend living here, unless they start taking care of the place and actually cleaning it before someone moves in.
Ask to see the unit directly, otherwise you'll find yourself paying over $600 for an outdated ROACH PALACE. There are roaches all over my unit, dead and alive and it's very nasty.
As you can see from others, they will fraudulently charge you for damage that you did not do. I am on the phone with collections challenging a $150 dispute right now. You will leave the apartment perfect. They will say the floor is dirty and charge you $50. The letter will say to contact a manager who will not be available the multiple times you call. They won't show up when you schedule a walk through. They've changed ownership so Donna (the great manager) isn't even available. The office has moved blocks away. I hope we can get to court on these charges.
DO NOT RENT HERE! We moved in Nov of 2016, it was great. We loved the manager, our property was well managed. However, the owner of the property decided to fire everyone and brought in a lady that was the devil incarnate who treated the property like trash because it's not Hampton Woods, which you will find that listing on this site as well and they are owned by the same company, we have put in multiple request for our ceiling to be inspected because it has water marks from leaking, has never been looked at, our tub has 2 holes in the bottom and it's obvious to anyone that stands in it that there is NO support underneath. We live in what they call a Tree House and our apartment sits by itself. The Staff are nothing but rude to the tenants of this property. If you want to be neglected and suffer through the Oklahoma Summer heat without AC then by all means, move in! But for the sound mind, this place looks great, but it's not. We are not the only tenants to have problems and we wont be the last.
This place is so nasty. RATS inside. Dog poop all over sidewalks. Bugs galore. Power outages. The walls are drenched in cigarette smoke because its made of wood and absorbed it from previous renters. Seriously my clothes always smelled of smoke. We had a rat destroy our kitchen multiple times and the office told us we were wrong so they never called an exterminator like they said they would. I eventually caught the rat after living in fear and no food in the kitchen for a while. Yeah this place is cheap but they add on a bunch of insane fees when you move out. I cleaned when I moved out and they charged me cleaning fees for EVERYTHING!
bad managment...moved in they didnt do any work to the apartment..left as is from other tenants that was 2/12 month ago they are still working on it
