Forest Ridge Apartments

Recently, our neighbors moved out because their rent was going up by $400 dollars (!). More recently, management has hired a tree company to perform tree-topping on all the trees in the community, which not only gets rid of shade trees, but it destroys a place for birds to nest, and it's also an eye-sore.

Living in Autumnwood has been for the most part pleasant. Sadly, rent is starting to be beyond the means of what people make, and people come and go just as fast.

Peaceful for the most part just wish neighbors would pick up poop when they allow their fur babies to poop in my backyard space. And the pool was down quite a bit in the summer and not to mention the trash bin that stays filled to the max and that’s the first thing anyone notices when pulling into the complex.

Nice and convenient place to live wish we had better or more trash options. Got good neighbors and staff does there best keeping the place cleaned up

Living here has been good. The office staff have been amazing working with us while we fell on hard times. We might have been late but we kept them in the loop.

Life here is all about good times—sunny days, great people, and unforgettable moments. Every day brings something new to enjoy, making it a place to love!

Safe decent area, lived here several years. Landscaping is needed to be upgraded and more trees trimmed. New parking is ok but didn’t really change the lack of space in Autumnwood.

The trash is a huge problem. The dog poop everywhere is also a huge problem. People refuse to clean up after their animals and it is disgusting. It smells bad in the summer and kids step in it. The dog park is destroyed, the pool water is dirty and poorly maintained in the pool season. My son gets ear infections after swimming in the dirty water. Grown adults get drunk and use the pool as a bathroom and it makes the water disgusting. They are raising our rent $300 a month(we have lived here for almost 6 years) they have never raised it by more than 80 or 100 bucks. Do not live here. You will regret it.

Perfect location, safe, and clean. Issues with trash and amenities sometimes, and lots being renovated. This year and the last have been a great price.

Happy as we are in the winter months. Considering the battle with the broken dumpster you have stayed on top of it. Can’t wait to see spring come and the progress of beautification! So cool to see all the events.

Forest Ridge is located in Hardin Valley and allows easy access to West Knoxville. The community is well established and has townhome type apartments. The complex recently underwent an ownership change and is in the process of updating some infrastructure and amenities.

Great place to live. Friendly staff. Quiet place. Pet friendly. We love living here. Maintenance available whenever you need something fixed.

Love the location and the team of people who are here to make our experience excellent. Maintenance requests are fast and remedied as quickly as reasonably possible while also caring about your time and if you have awkward scheduling needs.

Outside of the annual raising my rent as much as legally possible, its not a bad place to live. It is a large community so sometimes the playground gets messy and people can leave trash, but it feels safe enough to let your kids play outside.

Lots of street lamps out. Wish we could have gates again. A guardrail or something at the clubhouse exit would also be nice where that huge pit is. Scary driving beside it.

The staff at the leasing office is always super kind & helpful. We had an issue a few weeks ago with something being incorrect on our rent & they were quick to fix it.

We really enjoy being part of the forest ridge community. We cannot wait for the summer to spend our time at the pools and enjoy more of the outdoor activities.

I love my home. Nice place to live and comfortable. Love the pools and club house and it's all with in walking distance. Love just walking outside and walking around the apartment complex and enjoying the perks

When issues do arise, which they are always going to have, the staff communicate quickly and often and attempt to resolve the issue or give the residents an alternative

The amenities at Forest Ridge are amazing! We enjoy the basketball courts and pools. The clubhouse provides so many fun activities! We enjoy living here!

We have enjoyed living here and hope to continue to stay here! We love the community and like our apartment and the amenities the place has to offer.

The complex is typically clean. The noise levels aren’t obnoxious since no one lives above or below you. Seems like new management has been trying to step up their game to make things look nicer.

Everyone we have met in the community is so kind and so helpful. When my family comes to visit, they tell me how nice the neighborhood and apartments are. I am very thankful for my home.

The office has been amazing and the grounds are well-maintained and the floor plan is extremely spacious. I love it here! Maintenance is always very pleasant and completes work orders in a timely manner.

Gr8 apartments, gr8 developing community and amazing Forest Ridge staff. They are on top of so much to include leaf pickup. As soon as the leaves stopped falling they were on the spot just like always. Super happy resident. ;-)

This is a wonderful place to live. Great neighborhood and community. The staff is very nice and they are always coming up with fun things to do and to enjoy.

It is a very quiet community with a great and friendly staff. The amenities and facilities (pool, fitness center) are very good as well. .

Just moved in but love staying here so far. The office staff is great and the area is nice and quiet from what I have heard in my time here.

Forest Ridge is An excellent place to live. With beautiful sunsets, pools, a park, dog park and more, we look forward to coming home every evening.

I just resigned my second lease. It was a tough decision because rent went it but my son loves it here he’s made lots of friends, pools, food trucks etc. it’s a beautiful community I call it our village lol because it’s literally a private area

It’s been absolutely wonderful. The small issues we had experienced they were met with a friendly face and with a speedy resolution! All of the staff here at Forest Ridge is so nice. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family who are looking to move into an amazing community.

Cute little townhouse style apartments with decent amounts of space and great sized closets. Not a huge fan of carpet flooring due to pet hair but that’s most apartments. Nice sized patio to sit outside with friends but definitely wish we had gotten an apartment with a sunroom because my plants don’t get enough light- thank goodness for grow lamps.

It’s been great living here so far! Looking forward to many more months! The staff has been amazing, as well as the landscapers! I don’t think I would change anything about this place!

The place isn’t bad, the amenities are okay. Management can be hard to get things done with. The trash becomes overflowed a lot which definitely could be fixed or cleaned up.

We love living here, so much so we’ve lived here twice. The location is great, and the townhomes are spacious. Maintenance is quick to respond to any tickets, and the office staff are courteous.

Ever since the new management team has taken over, things have been so much better. Communication is great, maintenance is awesome and everyone is friendly and respectful.

Love this place! Super management and the property staff are responsive, quick and thorough. Definitely recommend from my experience. We have not participated much but we love that there are property wide fun activities and more food trucks keep coming. Excited to see whats next.

Forest Ridge is a beautiful place to live with excellent staff members and amazing maintenance team. The homes are spacious and well lit with great views. The sunsets are incredible here. It is pleasant walking too with all the greenery.

Over all it's a really good place to live. The people here are usually nice and stay to them selves. The main pool was closed for practically the whole summer and the car care area had a vacuum at one time and a place to get water for washing your car which would be where you would have found me on my free time but that whole area is gone. The lawn caregivers do not watch what they are doing when they are mowing or blowing and they leave all the trash and items that Were in our yards scattered about the property. I had a piece of tree debris get lodged underneath my vehicle and just tore into everything under the hood leaving me to have to replace the Air Conditioner compressor unit, drive belts, and A\C lines which cost over $500 just in parts but I had done the work and that would of cost thousands.

We have really enjoyed our time here, but it’s time to sign the new lease and going up nearly 400 dollars with no changes is just insane.. Thanis for reading today’s Ted talk.

The community is quiet and well kept up. There are constant improvements being made and efforts being brought in for the residents like food trucks.

Nice , quiet community. Close to shopping and food places. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I looked everywhere in Knoxville , this community has everything you need at a reasonable price.

parking is awful and the bugs constantly worked themselves inside during the summer. i will say the people that work in the office are nice and helpful though

I am not a fan of apartment living, but this is an excellent complex. Good people, nice townhomes, and many amenities. The price range is decent and the fact that they allow multiple pets is definitely a plus.

Everyone has been super friendly. Bradley went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth move in. Maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and efficiently. I come from property management, and living at Forest Ridge has been a wonderful experience so far.

Overpriced, amenities have been reduced and are overstated. Gym needs a complete makeover, a heated pool would be a smart move. Units vary some better than others but lots of people have water leakage, mold, and pest control never comes out when they are supposed to. Very disappointed with how things have been run. Previous assistant director was great and was the only one getting things fixed.

Great. No issues. Great community. Very friendly. Pet friendly. Love all the seasonal decorations. Maintenance is timely. Office staff is friendly.

I like my apartment layout, location and neighbors. The amenities are well maintained. The office staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff provides prompt support.
