Forest Ridge Apartments

It’s been absolutely wonderful. The small issues we had experienced they were met with a friendly face and with a speedy resolution! All of the staff here at Forest Ridge is so nice. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family who are looking to move into an amazing community.

Cute little townhouse style apartments with decent amounts of space and great sized closets. Not a huge fan of carpet flooring due to pet hair but that’s most apartments. Nice sized patio to sit outside with friends but definitely wish we had gotten an apartment with a sunroom because my plants don’t get enough light- thank goodness for grow lamps.

It’s been great living here so far! Looking forward to many more months! The staff has been amazing, as well as the landscapers! I don’t think I would change anything about this place!

The place isn’t bad, the amenities are okay. Management can be hard to get things done with. The trash becomes overflowed a lot which definitely could be fixed or cleaned up.

We love living here, so much so we’ve lived here twice. The location is great, and the townhomes are spacious. Maintenance is quick to respond to any tickets, and the office staff are courteous.

Ever since the new management team has taken over, things have been so much better. Communication is great, maintenance is awesome and everyone is friendly and respectful.

Love this place! Super management and the property staff are responsive, quick and thorough. Definitely recommend from my experience. We have not participated much but we love that there are property wide fun activities and more food trucks keep coming. Excited to see whats next.

Forest Ridge is a beautiful place to live with excellent staff members and amazing maintenance team. The homes are spacious and well lit with great views. The sunsets are incredible here. It is pleasant walking too with all the greenery.

Over all it's a really good place to live. The people here are usually nice and stay to them selves. The main pool was closed for practically the whole summer and the car care area had a vacuum at one time and a place to get water for washing your car which would be where you would have found me on my free time but that whole area is gone. The lawn caregivers do not watch what they are doing when they are mowing or blowing and they leave all the trash and items that Were in our yards scattered about the property. I had a piece of tree debris get lodged underneath my vehicle and just tore into everything under the hood leaving me to have to replace the Air Conditioner compressor unit, drive belts, and A\C lines which cost over $500 just in parts but I had done the work and that would of cost thousands.

We have really enjoyed our time here, but it’s time to sign the new lease and going up nearly 400 dollars with no changes is just insane.. Thanis for reading today’s Ted talk.

The community is quiet and well kept up. There are constant improvements being made and efforts being brought in for the residents like food trucks.

Nice , quiet community. Close to shopping and food places. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I looked everywhere in Knoxville , this community has everything you need at a reasonable price.

parking is awful and the bugs constantly worked themselves inside during the summer. i will say the people that work in the office are nice and helpful though

I am not a fan of apartment living, but this is an excellent complex. Good people, nice townhomes, and many amenities. The price range is decent and the fact that they allow multiple pets is definitely a plus.

Everyone has been super friendly. Bradley went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth move in. Maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and efficiently. I come from property management, and living at Forest Ridge has been a wonderful experience so far.

Overpriced, amenities have been reduced and are overstated. Gym needs a complete makeover, a heated pool would be a smart move. Units vary some better than others but lots of people have water leakage, mold, and pest control never comes out when they are supposed to. Very disappointed with how things have been run. Previous assistant director was great and was the only one getting things fixed.

Great. No issues. Great community. Very friendly. Pet friendly. Love all the seasonal decorations. Maintenance is timely. Office staff is friendly.

I like my apartment layout, location and neighbors. The amenities are well maintained. The office staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff provides prompt support.

I am very happy here. I feel like it's a safe place for me and my kids. Maintenance response time is excellent and all of my inquiries have been responded too in a timely matter.

It’s nice that they continue to try to get the apartment community together for events. They love to bring in small food vendors of different types of foods and sweets.

I’ve only lived here for a month and every experience has been bad. My apartment has a lot of issues and it’s been difficult to have maintenance do anything.

I've had a pretty good experience. Not a fan of the fridge or dishwasher. Oh and the toilets suck at flushing. Other than that. Good overall.

Brad and the office staff are always so kind and helpful! The sound quality in my home is also amazing. I feel like I have my own home instead of just a townhouse.

I have lived her for 6 years and the new management company has made tremendous strides on not only beautifying the area but maintaining the high standards of living at Forest Ridge. We love living here and making this our home.

We absolutely LOVE living here! the staff is always so friendly and helpful and we love our neighbors. It is super quiet and maintenance is always on top of things.

The staff are amazing! I love how they have turned the neighborhood around and made it more pleasant and safe to be apart of. The amenities are always available to use at anytime we want to use them. It is amazing to feel like they care

It’s been a good place. We are at almost a year here and no complaints. The insulation is top notch for an apartment/townhouse too. Don’t even know you have neighbors.

Maintenance is unreachable and slow to respond especially if it’s at night and your hvac goes out they tell you that it’s not an emergency and that they will be there tomorrow between 9-12. Open a window and turn on your fans, it’s under 80 degrees tonight it’ll cool down.

Besides the office telling our old roommate who is no longer on the lease she could drop her key off “whenever”, it’s been a decent experience so far.

Beautiful property! This is our first day here. My boyfriend and I are very excited and thrilled for the chance. Very excited to live here, and we already love our neighbors/amenties

Loving our first week!! Move in was pretty easy besides all the different apps you have to jump through. Everyone was very helpful in finding us a perfect place after losing our home. I just wish there was an easier way to pay the for the apartment, the bilt app never works for me unless on a computer.

It’s a great place to live.It very quite place to live.The amenities are great other then always closing the pool for weeks at a time.There is no other complex that closes there pool as much as it does here.

Almost a year in and things have been good. A few incidents happened but nothing to severely be worried about. Its still the best place we’ve lived and i love it here

Wasn’t moved in 3 days and my dishwasher broke and within a hr I came home to a brand new one .. A on the maintenance crew . Everything from A-Z has been pleasant here

There’s a decent amount of dog owners here but the dog park is basically nonexistent. There could be better lighting for night time. A lot of people fly through the parking lots and don’t see people walking around. Apartments themselves are okay but if you need maintenance done, it can sometimes take a while for issues to get fixed.

The apartments aren’t worth the price in autumn wood townhomes. We requested for wasp and bees to be taken care of and it never happened. It was a safety concern for my dogs and children.

Very nice apartment! Very reliable and prompt maintenance service! And very nice outside view! The price is reasonable and affordable. The office staff are very nice and friendly.

We love it here! Maintenance is extremely helpful and fast, front desk is very polite. We have enjoyed our time here so far. They have awesome food trucks that come during the week to help with dinner!!

Forest Ridge is an excellent place to live. Our favorites are the pretty views, excellent and timely maintenance workers and a very friendly atmosphere, including the events at the clubhouse.

We have lived in this community for 9 years. Forest Ridge has been great. We have never had any issues. The maintenance team has always been wonderful and prompt in helping us in any situation. The office staff has always been pleasant to talk to and work with. We have been very happy with our experience here and do not plan to move any time soon. Forest Ridge is awesome.

Had to put in a work order and they were knocking on my door within 15 minutes to address the issue. The office staff is friendly and very helpful!

The staff is great and are super helpful will all tenant needs! Also super understanding of issue or problems. Definitely recommend living here

Moved across the country to Knoxville, over 3000 mile drive. Arrived the date Dakota promised and my family and I were not disappointed. Amazing amenities for my daughter and love the helpful staff. Upon moving in, had an issue with plumbing in a restroom. Put in a request, within 30 minutes, a knock on the door with two maintenance workers and fixed the issue. WOW!

Always timely when I put in maintenance requests. When I call the leasing office I actually spoke to a person. Good communication through email for the community. Safe area.
