Northeast Philadelphia is a large, mostly residential section of the city positioned a few miles outside of Downtown. With its abundance of affordable apartments and rental houses, the “Great Northeast” is a popular area for budget-conscious Philadelphians. The community’s most famous attraction is the Philadelphia Mills, a large outlet shopping center that also houses a major multiplex movie theater.
Dozens of public parks of every size give the locals ample opportunities to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, particularly the huge nature preserve surrounding Pennypack Creek. Convenient access to SEPTA service, Interstate 95, and Northeast Philadelphia Airport make it easy for folks to travel across town or across the country.

Property Ratings at Forest Station Apartments
There has been an on going neighbor dispute but management washes their hands of it. They will not get involved. Plus they are very slow with get things fixed around your apartment. Can't wait to move once my lease is up.

We live on the second floor and neighbor above us has two kids that are running and jumping all day until midnight. Emailed manager several times she answered once that she will talk to them and nothing has changed. After that she never replied back. The neighbor below us has a loud squeaky voice. When she talks I can hear clearly everything, especially her laugh. Yesterday she was screaming and laughing until 5 in the morning. Manager didn't do anything. I like the apartment but this year they raised their rent payment. I asked for a discount because of the noise, but didn't get any reply

Thank you for your review we appreciate all feedback. I understand sometimes noises can be disturbing, but we are a family community and children do live in the community. I see that you just renewed! Thank you for choosing to make Forest Station your home for another year.
Forest Station looks good on the outside with its' green grass and beautiful trees. However, that is all they offer. My worst experience living there is the fact I was able to hear other residents conversations and sexual activity VERY clear while they were in their apartments. I knew all their business and that made me wonder what were they hearing out of my apartment. Oh and not to mention how HORRIBLE management is. Buyer Beware.
Beautiful living conditions, quiet neighborhood, clean, and beautiful staff!! They are willing to work with you. Highly Recommended. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
Apartment complex is not bad. Have lived here for over twenty years in two different units. Maintenance and resident service request suitability tend to vary with the change of managers every few years. Presently suitability a bit on the downside.

We love hearing from our residents, especially the ones who have called Forest Station a home for over 20 years!! We are delighted you are happy with your time here and constantly making changes to help improve the community.
Forest Station is a nice place to stay. The rent is a little on the insane side but I guess being in the N.E. they can get away with that. The apartments are a good size with central air and heat. The units are consistently updated for new and potential residents. The staff does a decent job in maintaining the grounds. Its a good area with no major issues. The community is very diverse. Its close to the shopping malls, movie theaters, grocery stores, and popular restaurants. Its also close to major roadways such as the turnpike and I-95. Its a great area for taking the SEPTA's regional rail which for me is a huge plus and easily accessible to SEPTA transit.
