Perfect for us Its almost a year. Where does the time go. Nice apartment living. Everyone is friendly. Some activities for us too. Not for all though. No smoking. Highly recommended.

Water Heater Issue Maintenance Men Tom and Chris worked smart and diligently to promptly install a new Water Heater. Jen and Ashley from the Resident Services Office promptly responded to my requests. Jen re-assured me via email that my issue would be handled the same day it happened. It helped me feel alot less stressed out. Keep up the good work!

Foresthill Highlands Franklin At 73 years old I feel safe and comfortable. The staff is helpful and understanding
Love living here! I moved in over 4 years ago and I love it! I’ve made some really good friends. I live in the town homes and usually refer to my apartment as a house because it is large and roomy. I like having my own garage and storage room my garage. I love the fireplace! Use it often during the winter but do have to turn down/off the heat: it really warms the room. When I have an issue, the maintainable staff are quick to take care of it! I feel safe here. This is an active community but it is independent living. There are no services provided. We do have several socials during the month that I can choose to attend we are located close to the post office and the police station although, I’ve never had an opportunity to call police.
Chair lift still waiting to come and check out our chair lift. Made a request in late September to have it checked.

It's a very nice place to live. They keep it clean right on top of any maintenance issues, and the grounds are kept decent. Just an all around nice place, very clean.

Buckthorn I love the Highlands. It's a wonderful place to live. I just wish when you had the chance with all the equipment on site to remove all the buckthorn between Building 2 and the pond The Highlands chose to do a partial removal. You could have been environmental heroes in the community but you chose not to. So sorry.

Great Place Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and bright, new flooring and paint. All common areas are so clean and styled beautifully. The leasing and tour folks made the process easy. Maureen did the orientation and checklist beautifully. Met maintence and housekeeping, they are on top of everything!

This is a community of senior citizens on fixed incomes. The huge rent increases are squeezing some of us to the breaking point. Also, the decor in the lobby and social room in our building is quite outdated. Other than that, I like living here. I have wonderful neighbors. I just hope i can survive the next rent increase.

I love living at The Highlands. I live in a townhome and it is just perfect for me. When I moved in 10 years ago, I didn't know anyone.. Now I have a lot of friends.
Nice place to live but rent increases every single year tremendously.
Living At Foresthill Highlands apartments has been a comfortable place to call home and the other residents are friendly and welcoming!
