Great place to live!
My husband and I lived here 5 years ago and I recently moved back! I wish we never left but glad we came back! Nashae is so sweet in the front office she really goes above and beyond to help every time I call and they make things so easy you can just go online and pay your rent and make requests. They get things done so quick! My screen came loose and before I could put a request in for it Nashae called me and said she did it for me and they would be over to fix it that day or the next! I’m just so happy to be back and won’t be leaving anytime soon! It really is a great little neighborhood to be in! And I’m sorry if I made an error in spelling in nashae’s name :)

Great place to live
I`ve been renting here at Forest Lake Apartments for 2 & 1/2 years, the staff is great and maintenance is always right on the spot to do repairs. I give Forest Lake 5 stars!

Great if your a college student
For a student or someone looking to find something temporary, this apartment community will do the job. It's safe, quiet, and management is friendly and accommodating. Con's: I lived here for about a year, and found it to be a bit under whelming for the price. The upgrade isn't worth it. There are tons of transients, mostly college students, not ideal for parents with children. Pro's: On the plus side maintenance is timely with calls from residents and the office staff is helpful and professional. This community does have great amenities.

I have to say...twice I have called about my air condioner....taken care of right away....tonight it was calling whom ever was on call....With in 20 minutes he was there....this place is safe...and just perfect..no waiting on any issues......been here a month and love it...absolutly love it

Roaches
Just moved into the apartment on 12/14/18 and the place is already infested with roaches. Staff says they can not help us until Monday. What a great way to start things. Very disappointed already.

I used to like it here
I’ve lived here for over 5 years. It used to be a decent place at a decent price but rent keeps going up with each sale of the property. Management has a revolving door of managers that seem to get worse and less qualified with each passing. The current one is arrogant and acts like she is doing a good job by harassing everyone with wild notices constantly while not addressing actual issues around the community. For instance recently she decided to go crazy posting warning notices on cars trying to have them towed off for what ever odd reason and these were active residents cars. On the flip side, there is a beat up jeep being used as a storage with a plate from a territory and not a state. It has been here well over a year and not been moved, yet oddly this one did not get a notice? Seems like she has a personal problem with some tenants and using the “rules” when she sees them to benefit her own agenda. She needs to go. And someone that knows how to manage and keep tenants around needs to take over as it seems they have a model of turning as many tenants over as possible to collect their 2 month lease breaking penalty to profit more in a year. It’s generally a disgusting company. Avoid at all costs!

MY LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE
I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 6 YEARS NOW, AND THIS IS DEFINITELY HOME FOR ME ! THE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IS PERFECT FOR ME AND MY GUESTS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE POND WITH FOUNTAIN!....WALKS AROUND THE POND KEEP US HEALTHY AS WELL AS THE REFRESHING POOL WHICH IS VERY WELL KEPT ! WE ARE A SMALL COMMUNITY, WHICH HELPS TO GIVE QUICKER ATTENTION TO ANY ISSUES. THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER LOU PROVIDES OUTSTANDING SERVICE, NO MATTER WHAT THE HOUR!!! HE ALSO DOUBLE CHECKS TO MAKES SURE ALL IS GOOD AFTER A SERVICE CALL. THE NEWEST OFFICE MANAGER, STEPHANIE, COULD STAND SOME LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE....SHE IS QUITE RUDE, AND VERY SELDOM COMES OUT OF HER OFFICE TO EVEN SAY HI , HOWS THINGS GOING! OR HELLO WELCOME TO FOREST LAKE! -TO POTENTIAL NEW RESIDENTS, AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE HER JOB! ...I THINK SHE NEEDS A REFRESHER COURSE! SEVERAL RESIDENTS SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT ABOUT HER! ...EVERYTHING ABOUT FOREST LAKE IS PERFECT FOR ME, AND ONE PERSON CANNOT RUIN MY HAPPINESS AND OVERALL FEELING FOR THIS GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! WE USED TO BE A 5 STAR RATING , BUT UNTIL MANAGEMENT CAN ACTUALLY MANAGE AND ACT LIKE THEY APPRECIATE THE RESIDENTS, AND ACTUALLY ENJOY THEIR JOB! I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO 4 STAR ....HOPING TO GET BACK UP TO 5 STARS SOON!

I love living here. The office personal are positive, helpful, and go out of their way to assist you. Should you have a maintenance issue,the guys are there to fix any and all problems quickly. The pool is very inviting and I am going to the pool and pizza party this Friday. the lake with a fountain is located in my back yard and my neighbors are very kind. it is
