Property Ratings at Forestview Terrace
I have never in my life had to deal with so many issues.
Rent is too high to live in a rat infested place. Landlord or management did little to nothing about anything I warned them about. Trash everywhere and the people are weird. Not a safe place to reside @. Couldn’t wait to move.
The worse apartments a human can live in I wouldnt allow a dog to live there. The manager Shay is crooked, she did one of my relatives dirty by illegal acts on her phone remotely. During this time she used the owners computers and devices to illegal access her device remotely. Phone calls, text messages viewed daily. Please be careful revealing your personal information as she may use it to harass you in ways you wouldnt even imagine or realize. Her and the manager were married, and they both take part in scheming activities
I have lived here once before and I will admit it is walking distance to restaurants and stores but however the apartments are nasty old and not clean, when I move I automatically received bedbugs and rats, roaches and ants were not included but rats and bedbugs were ,there the kitchen was tight and that was the biggest apartment they had available, I was robbed there and the management did nothing about it so personally I wouldn’t move here but it’s great kids there so my kids enjoyed going outside but other Than that it’s wasnt the best experience. Also neighbors were fighting constantly and the mailboxes were not secure enough for my needs this place need some remodoling and better security because cars were broken into all the time. To sum it all up it’s not that great of a living space.
Its like public housing. Utility problems often, trash in parking lot is everywhere all the time, washers barely work, doors to buildings wont lock, doorbells don't work and advertised internet almost never works. Terrible place to live unless you're in a bind. And gang activity goes on in this complex.
very quiet location and near every thing at the same time . the apartments are remadeled with new kitchen new bathroom and new fixtures everything is tiled the only problem that they don't work with you on the rent i don't pay heat but i pay electricity i recommend it if you want a clean apartment and newly remodeled .
Horrible management horrible maintenance mice all thru clean or not slum lords just not a good place to be so good luck to
Management stinks maintenance is ridiculous i actually moved out the place 6months ago and left the place just like i got it management came and checked over the apt and told me that they'll send me my deposit never sent it when i first moved in i had no bathroom for at least a month rat and roach infested and nowhere near smoke free i was terribly disappointed couldn't wait to move
