Love the management here. They take care of any issues immediately. I would recommend this complex to anyone!!

This place has the best manager out there. They are friendly, helpful, and most of all very fair. If you want a place to call home this is the place to be. Kim and Terry are outstanding people.

My boyfriend and I signed our lease last August, and Kim and Terry were so helpful and amazing through the whole process. Whenever we needed help or had a problem they were always there helpful, friendly, and so resourceful all the time. I couldn't of asked for better landlords the apartment was great.

Fantastic apartment manager! Super Friendly neighborhood and fantastic place to live! Kim was so incredibly sweet and helped moving from seven hours away so incredibly simple! I was nervous until I got to meet her when picking out a new place to call home and I immediately felt like I had known her for a lifetime. Great location too! Very pleased with my new place and feel right at home here! I highly recommend!

My wife and I really love living at Forestwood Apartments. Terry and Kim (management) are always available to do whatever they can to help! We moved from over 6 hours away and they made the move so much less stressful than experiences I’ve had in the past. Would recommend Forestwood Apartments to anyone!!

I’ve enjoyed my last year at forest wood. The mananent treats you like family. They go above and beyond to help ant say they can. And if something is to break in the apartment no matter the time or day, Terry is over to fix it right away. Definitely a good choice for single moms! They make sure the environment is safe for kiddos!

Kim and terry have been really helpful ever since we moved in. Maintenance is always on top of everything. They are constantly fixing the place up to make it look nicer on the inside and outside. Our family feels right at home here. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I give the management a 5 ?? Management is willing to fix any problen in mu apartment that . I had trouble with my dishwasher they fixed the dishwasher and a week later it broke down again. The management replaced the dishwasher at that time with no problem . The management is always polite and professional when I have had any contact with them. They keep the complex ground clean

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I find the place has more space then others has to offer, and is conveniently located in the middle of where I need to go. Nice place.

We have lived here for over a year now . We just signed another years lease. I I am a senior citizen and live with my daughter and we both feel very safe here. Kim and Terry are excellent. They are always available when you need them That is why I signed another years lease. They always make you feel that they are glad you are here.

I have been here for 1 year. I signed my lease without even seeing the place because Kim was so friendly over the phone and super helpful sending pictures of the townhouse I was going to rent. Terry is always there if there is a problem and I love how quiet the place is. I have a family next door that has 2 kids and a newborn and I never no they are home except when I see the car because they are so quiet. I happily just renewed my lease for another year.
