Across the Potomac River from Washington, DC, rests the Nauck neighborhood. The blue and yellow metro lines run along the river and wrap around the south end of the cemetery, while the orange and silver lines enter Arlington from DC just to the north of the cemetery. Commercial communities are built up around these metro stops to the north and south, while the area in between is largely residential.
From Interstate 395 up north to Wilson Boulevard the residential communities of Penrose and Lyon Park provide nice suburbs for those looking to be a bit removed from the hustle and bustle while maintaining access to amenities, albeit by car. Nauck also encompasses the Pentagon and houses many of its employees.

Updated: fixed now 9/10/2021 and its been broken since mid July but moving out in October smh anyways don’t move here they raise the rent 100 each year they are horrible with maintenance and now I’m having trouble moving out because the lady in the in management Sabotage my opportunity to move out because she likes to write her own personal feelings on reviews even tho I have complied with every demand they have asked since moving in 6 years ago I am moving cuz I can’t take it anymore don’t move here it will be hard to move in and out
I just move in a week ago and just absolutely love my new place. Its townhouse living and feels more like a home than regular apartments. Management is great and the service staff has been very attentive and friendly Sarah J.
Property Manager at Fort Henry Gardens, Responded To This Review
Hi Sarah Welcome to Fort Henry Gardens please let us know if we can do anything more to make you feel at home and a part of our community Management
If I could give this property and the management zero, I would. I lived at this property for five years and there were seven different property managers. The property grounds were always a mess due to the constant loitering and drug dealers. There was always a large police presence which did not keep the large loud rowdy groups of people from hanging out on the corners at all times of the night. The maintenance team were absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSINAL. I had a leak in my unit that they allowed to spread until it reached every room of the unit plus the dining room and kitchen and cause black mold. They relocated me 3 times and after FOUR MONTHS they moved me back into the unit to have the leak start up again that evening while my son took a shower. The practices of the company are appalling. I had to contact the Regional Manager, Arlington county inspectors, an attorney, request a FOIA request and email the owners of AHC Inc for the situation to be taken seriously and even then I had to move because the unit was deemed uninhabitable. Heed my warning and RUN from this place.
I live in a ACH property, it is a two bedroom townhome apartment. The good thing about living here is how much they care about my living experience, the mainance is a grade B, management is always concerned about the tenant and the family I like living here its just not big enough now that I need a three bedroom and they don't have anything
