My apartment
I've lived here know for 4 years, I have to say it is amazing here. The rent varies here and there but is pretty much steady in price so it's nice to have a knowledge of the money your going to have coming out per month. Also Water is free.

Fort King Colony Apartments
Fort King Colony is the best place I've ever lived! They are very family friendly and it's a quiet community. And also very clean. The staff in the main office are so helpful and nice and even the maintainance men are nice. The pool is great for lounging in the hot summer days, and I love using the fitness center as well, when I'm not busy. The apartments themselves are very spacious whether you have a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment. They are also pet friendly which is great because I don't know what I'd do without my dog. And the month,y newsletters are such a nice touch to keep you updated on community activities as well as when pest control is coming! If I never get married I could see myself living here forever!
