Had to call over 15 times to speak to someone even after leaving messages and my email. Then when I finally got a tour scheduled I showed up at the place and nobody was there to give me the tour. I tried calling to get a hold of someone and nobody answered. I never lived here but can’t imagine what it would be like if you needed management.
We have lived here for about 6 months now and have been happy with our choice. The location is great, and having a garage and washer and dryer included in the rent (and not extra) is a bonus as well. The new maintenance man is a great addition to the management.
We moved around a lot for school/work and have lived in nearly a dozen apartments. And this is one of the nicest so far, plus it came with a garage, which was a pleasant surprise, given that the rent is reasonable compared to the other places in Perrysburg. There are, however, some trade-offs that probably help keep the rent lower. There's no pool or clubhouse. No concierge service. No community activities. No gym. (But we seldom used those amenities anyway). Finally, the maintenance guy is very skilled and eager to help, and the management, in my experience, has been very responsive when something important needed addressing. So, if you're looking for a good value in a great location and you don't need a list of country-club amenities, this might be a good place for you.
The apartments themselves are built pretty poorly. The windows are old and you can feel the wind coming in through them even when they are closed and locked. We live in an upper apartment and during the summer, we will run our air conditioning all day and night and it will never drop below 76 degrees. Maintenance told us that "there was nothing they could do because it was working downstairs". Front and back of buildings are disgusting and never cleaned. We get a lot of bugs and insects and when we asked if they could clean the entrances of the building and spray for bugs it took threatening to withhold rent for them to just simply spray. Our neighbor plays the drums in his apartment which wakes our infant up from naps on a regular basis. We have contacted management about this multiple times and they haven't done anything to resolve the issue. The only reason that they are receiving 2 stars from me is because they keep rent lower than most if not all places in Perrysburg. If we could afford to go elsewhere, we definitely would. Seems like management and maintenance don't really do their jobs.

I searched high and low when looking for an apartment to live in. While looking, I looked at other apartment complexes in and around Perrysburg. I was drawn to Ft. Meigs as it wasn't a giant complex like many of the other apartments are in the area. Even though I was drawn to Ft. Meigs, I still toured units at a few of the complexes in the area, as well as at Ft. Meigs. One of the other complexes was truly that - a complex. Pulling in, I got so turned around with where I was to go with its size and layout. At Ft. Meigs, I met a nice lady at a building which holds 8 units. Touring the apartment, I was really happy with what I saw - granite counters, a private garage for my car, in unit washer and dryer, good sized rooms. I opted for a first floor unit but the second floor units even offer vaulted ceilings. My unit faces the road and has a nice little porch that allows me to step directly outside if I want to. I have been here a few months now and have found when I had a couple small maintenance items, they were addressed quickly. A part had to be ordered for one of them and once the part came in, it was taken care of promptly. I have been happy living here and have had a chance to meet some of the neighbors in my building and have enjoyed getting to know them. Overall, I am very happy living here and would certainly recommend it to my friends and family if they were searching for an apartment.
It takes 10 phone calls and texts before anybody gets backed to you and then things get half done when they do get fixed.

Our neighbors are awful. No respect for the other 7 units in our building. Screaming, stomping, slamming from sun up to sun down. The property manager has done nothing after reaching out several times. Seems like the place is made out of cardboard and glue, we can hear everything. Your share a front and back entrance, so you hear those doors slamming shut all throughout the day. We bring our work home so it would be nice to have some peace and quiet after a long day, but that doesn’t happen. If you’re looking for something in the perrysburg area, go somewhere else.

We have notified any noisy tenants of their disruption to other's peace and quiet, as want you to have that as well. The front and rear shared entrance has been a positive for many people knowing that their unit door is not open directly to the outside and instead is within a small secured hallway. I hope we have resolved the issue of the neighbors noise for you, but if not please let us know.
I've lived here for almost a year now and been mostly happy with my experience. The apartments are simple but nice. Laundry and garage are great and I feel very safe living here. Biggest drawback is I've smelled cigarette smoke every day since I've lived here - in the building hallways and every time I open my windows. "No Smoking" signs have been posted for 9 months and no one seems to care. The apartments themselves are 4/5 stars, but my overall experience has certainly been brought down. So if smelling smoke means anything to you (like it does me) don't even waste your time.
