A gem in N. Arlington
The owners are fantastic and go to great lengths to maintain this older property. CLEAN, convenient, responsive staff, and VERY affordable. Parking is difficult but that is typical in Arlington.

Affordable and convenient...and little else
Priced essentially on average with other apartments in the area, but without the same quality. One should not have to rent an old, poorly maintained apartment without the price reflecting a relative discount. Difficult-to-deal-with staff compounds this.

Nice Apartment and Affordable for area
Owners were very nice and accommodating. Close to the subway so getting to D.C. is no problem.
