Beaverton's Raleigh West neighborhood sits two miles east, or a 10-minute bike ride, from the city center. Commercial and manufacturing operations take up the majority of space in this mixed-use district, and residential zones occupy the northwest corner and run along the eastern edge. Large lots, tall trees, and lush landscaping lend a calm, spacious atmosphere to subdivisions where houses and apartments share the streets.
The mixed-use nature of Raleigh West means residents enjoy easy access to retail businesses and restaurants. Strip malls, big-box stores, and stand-alone shops provide goods ranging from craft supplies to power tools. Eateries include everything from fast food to casual dining. For upscale bar eats and rotating beer taps with friends, try the Wine & Growl. For pizza, pasta, and cheesecake, eat in or grab takeout from Ernesto's Italian Restaurant.

Property Ratings at Forty9 Jamieson Apartments
I moved here because of the "seasonal sparkling pool" that they advertise. That's not a thing. There is no use of the pool at this place, and it's been allowed to rot in the middle of the community growing mosquitoes.
This apartment complex has a lot of hidden features you wont really appreciate. Make sure you get a tour when the kids are out by the pool at 10 pm screaming their heads off!
I've lived here over 2 and a half years. The one bedroom apartments have a very spacious floorplan with good interior design. Huge Walk In Closet and well designed bathroom. The upstairs apartments have great views while the downstairs units have the cuter patios There's a park with a walking trail and a tennis court right behind the complex The neighborhood's Very Safe and there's quite a bit to do in walking distance--Including the Valley Theater and the Winter Hawks Skating Center. Susie's an Amazing Manager with Excellent Customer Service. She really cares about us as tenants and the apartment community Very Professional with Great Communication I could always on Justin to take care of a maintenance request in a timely manner with a very positive attitude. Once Justin takes care of a repair--You know it's done right the first time. Parking can be cramped but there's plenty of Visitor Parking. I've really Enjoyed my time here and I can recommend these apartments,
I currently live here! Susie is 5 stars her customer service is top notch she made the moving process really easy as she was patient and quick to get back to me with any questions The apartment is nice and the living room is spacious Its a rocks throw away from a park with tennis courts and a playground My only downside is the parking lot is crammed and really narrow. If I didn't have a compact car, it would be pretty stressful making sure I'm not kissing any bumpers. I like this place. My large front burner of my stove went out after about a month of living here, made a quick phone call to the office and 90 minutes later my stove was fixed, maintenance worker was courteous, polite and quick. Very pleased with the prompt service.
