Property Ratings at Forum Flats
Honestly no one in the office has a clue. Linda is nice but she’s clueless and it’s intentional. Roaches are everywhere. Tenants just leave their trash bags anywhere. An absolute mess. They accuse everyone of having dogs with no proof. And want to charge you for everything
I just moved out 2 weeks ago. I was staying here for 5 months and still no gym. Gate was always open. Gate cards don't work to back doors. Anyone can walk through the back gate. No security. Irritating mass text messages just to tell people not to leave their trash everywhere and not to park in handicap spots. Mind you, they're not enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants they have so be prepared to walk. Oh, and don't have company at night, they'll tow the car or hit it cause "you parked behind someones car." Which was 50 ft away. They have break ins and no cameras. Tenants had to purchase their own cameras. All they advise you to do is get rental insurance. There's no ground keeper, so the parking lot looks atrocious at all times. The stairways are very nasty. Trash everywherre. Nice apartments online but false information upon move in. Also, rent is too high. Extremely high for the cheap and thoughtless architecture all don’t even try to call the front desk because they will NEVE answer.
Everything was awesome and professional & in place. Ms. Linda & Ms. Carissa was very helpful with anything that I needed. The tour was great & I liked every about the apartment. Whenever I called or needed to ask a question I always got an answer or if they didn’t answer when I called they always returned my call. Ms. Linda & Ms. Carissa are both sweet, professional haven’t had not one problem since my first day there. The tour was great & I love my apartment. I appreciate everything they did to help me with to enjoy my new home ??.

I am pleased to say Ms.Ketha & Ms.Linda are great management . I went in yesterday to sign my paperwork and automatically felt like home they even help you when you mess up very clean and professional staff . You might want to consider forum flats your next home . Because I love it . Thanks Ms.Ketha & Ms.Linda ! Keep up your good excellent hard work .
I was not able to complete an application because i was told by the manager that emotional support animals and service animals are not allowed. Under the Federal Fair Housing Laws, service animals are allowed in apartments that have a no pet policy. I will be filing a complaint against the property.
They are denying qualified residents and are not doing thorough background checks.
