Southside Park is a small residential community nestled approximately six miles southwest of Uptown Charlotte. Residents enjoy the affordable housing in the neighborhood, as well as the easy access to the heart of the city. The neighborhood is named after the county park of the same name that features basketball courts, athletic fields, and a playground on 20 acres. Although part of the area is residential, there are several local businesses in town, including Triple C Brewing Company, a dog-friendly brewpub on Griffith Street. AWESOME Staff and Property
If you need a furnished apartment this is the place to go. It is super easy to move in and when the time comes to move out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have events for the residents and guests in the really nice lounge on the top floor that overlooks the city. The lounge has an outside balcony that has great seating and also overlooks the city. When you are ready to submit your application make sure you give it 2-5 days to get approved. I am from a rural area and it took the full 5 days for my approval. I will definitely rent here again when I come back to Charlotte.
