The Foundry is great! I love my space- it’s nice and airy and the floor to ceiling windows are a great touch. Amenities such as the rooftop space and well-equipped fitness center add to the convenience of urban living. Neighborhood is nice and convenient too

New management has never said hi or introduced themselves (not even sure if there is a building manager because no one’s ever met them) a lot of our favorite people are gone now unfortunately. This building used to be an amazing building, however the new management has been disappointing.

Foundry has incredible views, amenities, and is all brand new! It’s also in a great location with Whole Foods nearby, and a 20 min walk to Old Town, Lincoln Park, and Wicker Park. Beverly was especially communicative and helped me get started.

I have enjoyed my first week at foundry. The appliances are new, living spaces are clean and common areas are some of the best in the city. I knocked off a star for the following nit-picky reasons: lots of dogs, loud AC fans and a less than ideal move in situation where I had access to the freight elevator for ten minutes. In the grand scheme of things, these are not affecting my life at foundry which, so far, has been wonderful.

Many positive things to share … Summer evenings are great at the rooftop The swimming pool brings peace at the end of a working day. Easy printing solution at the coworking suite. The bikes, available in the gear room, make a quick trip to the city easy.
A quite and nice place to live with great views. Beverly the Concierge Manager is friendly and always greets with a smile. Can't forget the coffee as well.
Incredible building. Outdoor space is large with one of the best views in the entire city. Plenty of great shared spaces and the simulator is great.

Beverly and Kendall were amazing. The building is new and it’s simply superb. The staff is kind and the attention to detail is wonderful. The units are much more spacious than what you see online. It is very worth viewing most layouts as there are different pro/cons

Everything great so far, maintenance is quick to respond and everyone is very nice. Gym could be better needs a cable machine it is a little small but it’s not bad. Hot tub is great can’t wait for pool

Everything is brand new and very clean! The kitchens and closets are spacious. The building managers and doormen are extremely welcoming and friendly! The amenities are truly useful, especially for people who work from home.
I enjoy the relax environment in the amenities, great place to work from home, nice apartment with a lovely view at night. The shops, coffee bar, groceries, … in the neighborhood are nice and practical.
We moved in this week and so far the staff and facilities have been amazing! The amenities and the kitchens are the true show stoppers. Looking forward to Chicago summers on the roof!
Where to start… one word. AMAZING! The building is absolutely flawless and unique with amazing amenities and views of the Chicago skyline like no other. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and make delicious café drinks in the lobby. If you’re looking to live in luxury, I would highly recommend living here.
Really enjoy living at the Foundry - great amenities, incredible view and amazing service! Floor to ceiling windows in particular are a plus.
Beautiful units, amenities and views. We love the quiet outdoor area along with the easy few minute walk to grocery stores, food and shopping. You don’t have to leave the area. Gym could offer more but it’s still very nice. Our unit lacks a bit of storage/closet space but that allows a very open and spacious feel. The look of our kitchen and floor to ceiling windows are stunning. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. We love it! So does our pup!
Every member of staff from the concierges to the office leasing agents/managers are fantastic. They have been so helpful, friendly, and have made foundry quickly feel like home. Furthermore, concerns are swiftly addressed and the amenities are second to none. I would recommend foundry to all of my Chicago friends.
Decent experience so far! With the pricing, hoping to get more usage out of amenities. Tight garage. Need to be careful going in and out. Overall goos location and staff has been helpful
It has been excellent so far! The Foundry team is lovely and very helpful. Loving the views and the amenities. There's even a brewery across the road.
