The complex is currently has a new property manager and she seems to be alot less structured than the old one. Violations go unaddressed, the maintenance number always goes to voicemail and young people hang in the laundry rooms all hours of the night. I may depend on the building you live in, but loud music and doors slamming 6am is the norm now. Saving up to move now...
Every thing here is expensive, too many weed smokers as neighbors, $4 per visitor whose name is not on the lease for a swimming pass. Staff polite, but management will take for ever to fix a problem in your apartment. Immediately you are late on rents they will openly disgrace you by placing a note in front of your apartment were all neighbors can see. They will not allow you park your bicycle on your balcony and will not provide a parking area for bicycles. I will be uploading videos of roaches and rats soon.
it's clean a very nice place the kids would love it around there its very quite.
I've lived in several luxury apts, and when I moved into FountainClub apts and received royalty, I'm glad to say how pleased I am, work orders are taken care of the next day, friendly staff as well as neighbors, 5 major roads wirhin 5 mins, grocery store, medical clinic, drug store, eateries and much more in walking distance, Metro, Amtrak, etc station less then 2 miles. It's a small housing community in a small town of 12,000.
This Complex is clean well kept and maintained, metro Bus & Subway close to shopping & traveling to work and home. Staff concern with keeping our home truly a home. During, time back to school the staff give each student a return to school supply package, churches close in walking distance. Pool & out door grill close at hand. The ground are well maintained and when need their no delay getting repairs or help requested.
I moved here in Fountain Club in April I haven't had any problems. My neighborhood is very quiet. I hope to move into a 2 bedroom at the end of my lease. I love the area it so close to everything. I have no problems with neighbor in fact being disable they are very helpful to me.
