This property has truly been a remarkable place to call home. The staff are not only friendly but incredibly proactive and attentive, always ready to assist with any need or inquiry. The manager stands out for her constant availability and dedication, ensuring that all residents' questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. I’ve been here for about 2 years & did not have any problems at first other than the rude office manager. Facilities are always closed. My vehicle was towed because my decal wasn’t “adhered” to my window even though it was visible as stated by the office, which costed me $350 as well as an attitude from the office manager. They continue to rent out the first floor in buildings 7 & 8 even though when it rains your apartment WILL FLOOD and they WILL NOT do anything about it! Maintenance doesn’t fix any issues just marks them as “done.” Toilet clogs & bubbles through the night & shower leaks behind the wall. Dirty hallways with dog poop and urine. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Poor customer service the staff is very rude, if you need to put in a request for Maintenance it takes them days to respond to it. The apartment condition is horrible there would be pest in our apartment such as ants, crickets, and many other bugs coming out of the vents, half of the time there would dog poop and pee in the hallways, along with trash and cigarettes. If you are looking for a decent place to stay this is not it.

Please do not rent here. Rude staff. 24 hr weed smell, we complained to the mgt and they turned deaf ears. Dog poop on the staircase. Smelly trash all over the lobby. The pool and gym facilities are a scam, they are never opened. You can't get your mail, there are no mailboxes, so mails are always lost. Apartments are poorly built and poorly maintained. Low qualities materials used. Bathrooms were leaking a week in. Whatever you do, stay away from here!!!!

Very rude staff, everyone I spoke to are very rude and very unprofessional when I have questions concerning the property.

The staff is very unprofessional and on top of the receptionists wouldn’t let me talk to any managers when I called about my lease they just kept giving me the run a round.

The management and the maintenance have extremely bad service there . Also , about money, if for some reason they owe you, they will not pay ! Like they don’t care . They are rude . I regret coming there

The water at this community is brown and it has tiny living species in it. They do not give you your mail. They allow maintenance to enter your apt without your permission with a master key. I have had money and many other things stolen from me. I went on vacation and when I got back the apt manger told me that I have had too many complaints on my apt stating a weed smell and playing to loud of music (partying). She said I had to move out in a week. How can I have loud music and weed in my apt when I am on vacation? This means people were in my apt without my knowledge. It is very unsafe for a woman to stay here alone when they allow that to happen.

Everything is spot on and new . Walls are really thin and can hear everything the next door neighbor doing but nothing major . Respectful and reliable office people . You are going to love it here ??

Been here for less then a month staff is extremely friendly!! Apartments are brand new and really nice. Great price!

Brand new apartments in Prairie View, TX. Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Campus Edge Apartments. I originally was interested in Campus Edge because they are very close to Waller and Cypress.So many locations are close to apartment which are Prairie View A&M University, Houston Premium Outlets and factories,companies as like DAIKIN. The staff made me feel at home , especially they have always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you stay with Campus Edge Apartments.
