The Allisonville community is eleven miles outside of Indy’s Mile Square. Residents of this suburban locale enjoy a plethora of shopping destinations like Castleton Square and the upscale shops at Fashion Mall at Keystone.
The Cheesecake Factory, Bonefish Grill, and the District Tap are just some of the options you’ll experience in Allisonville (but really, fall in love with). In addition to two malls, shoe stores, plazas, and home goods stores make up the community.
When it gets a little stuffy inside the shops – locals head on over to Fort Harrison State Park for outdoor fun and adventure. The Sahm Golf Course is just minutes north of the neighborhood by Interstate 465. Indianapolis residents love to explore the city’s many attractions from museums to expansive parks.

Property Ratings at Fountain Parc
Working with the leasing office and trying to find a place to call home has been one amazing process. The leasing department contacted me throughout the process and made this process very easy due me having to be at work during business Hours.
The new management company (Pepper Pike) is a joke. No Maintenace crew on site, can't keep employees in the office. The pool and fitness center has been closed for 2 years so they will lie to your face about amenities just to get you locked in a year lease. They refuse to fix any issues in your apartment because they are putting 100% of their time and money into the remodeling of the units. don't let them trick you into renting here, you will regret it
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The amenities do not work. Ever. No AC for 2 years. No pool. No washer and dryer. Washer never works. Dryer doesn’t dry. Maintenance blames the office the office blames maintenance. The one lady in the front office needs to be taught customer service and basically how to be a decent person who has maturity and class. . To top it all off going through and reading these reviews and seeing them respond it’s complete bull. The office is rarely open. They rarely answer any calls. They literally had someone from the property up the street come in and work for them and he gave me his number because he knew they wouldn’t be able to help. Let’s also point out that I don’t have AC AT ALL and the front office has the emergency AC units because they don’t have air? Like are you kidding me? Also you have to have their permission to dog sit for someone even if it’s just for a day or even 8hrs. Because “they own the apartment” well if you own the place then FIX WHATS WRONG WITH IT. Instead of leaving your tenants to suffer with your poor management skills.
Property Manager at Fountain Parc, Responded To This Review
We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We are truly disappointed we did not meet your expectations. We are currently working diligently on fixing air conditioner units and it is our first priority. Washer and dryers are out next priority after all AC units have been repaired. Our community is undergoing major capital improvements and we hope you will be able to enjoy these benefits soon!
Ever since Pepper Pike Property Management took over ownership of this complex, living here has been a complete disaster. They have no idea how to communicate with their tenants. I have had multiple maintenance requests open for at least two weeks now with no response and I am not the only one experiencing this. Nobody at the apartment office response to voicemails or emails. If you are considering moving here, just know you will get more information about what is happening from your neighbors then from your landlord. Also, I hope you are handy because you will likely have to fix your maintenance requests yourself. Good luck.
I"m currently a residence but not for too much longer. Lived at the property for two years quite and neighbors aren't too bad. Did have a neighbor who smoke weed all the time be she was gone quickly. My lease is due for renewal in Jan 2021 and I received an email for renewal on October 30,2020 that was a $20 increase. Went to the office and said I would like to renewal and was told an email would be sent to me, (never received the email) Today, I received a notice left at my door that my rent increased by $61.00 ! I called the office and was told the October 30 has expired..but in the email it doesn't give an expiration date. I pay my rent on time and keep the peace...This has left a real bad taste in my mouth with this place. very unprofessional.
This complex is clean and quiet. The leasing agents are very nice and polite. The maintenance guys are on top of all request, they will change a lightbulb for you if needed. The owner of the property lives on site and very friendly. I love my apartment and neighbors. However, I have out grown it after 3 yrs. Water bill is very reasonable and so is electric bill.
