It is a lovely place to live , peaceful and quiet and beautiful , it is a great location , there is plenty options around to visit like libraries parks grocery stores , restaurants .

All managers and staffs are very responsive, nice amenities and the dog park is awesome. The landscape is beautiful and this complex is well maintained. Highly recommended.

I like that they have a brand new dog park. The shared laundry are so convenient that you just need to use an app for the washer and dryer. Very quite environment.

The front office staff was very helpful, and the service call received a prompt response. The surrounding area was clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and safe atmosphere.

great neighbors, clean area, great office amenities. The only thing id wish for is built in AC units because it does get pretty hot during summer

trash piles up quickly and is not cleaned for long periods of time. dog park turf smells bad, it needs to be hosed down or something to wash away waste. laundry rooms are not taken care of and often have trash/dirty washing machines. leasing office is pretty unresponsive

It's been over 6 years in this apartment and have seen all the changes that has gone through. Felt always home with the greenery and nice ambience. Near to all needs and all issues/queries resolved timely.

The pool is closed and full of ducks and duck poop. We had/ have a sliding glass door that may or may not lock when closed. We had some electrical issues that have been corrected. Apart from this all is good Please get the pool online. That was one of the major reasons we came here

Its a great place to live and I am loving the dog park for my dog to play in. Also I love the pool and amenities at available to the residents.

I love the newly established dog park which I like the most. My golden retriever is delighted. Thanks for the management for being so thoughtful.

A very quiet and relaxing environment, pet friendly alot of nearby amenities which are walkable friendly neighbours and also laundry is nearby and fast and prompt reply from manager.

The area is so calm and peaceful. Cecilia took care of us and our fur babies so she definitely made the experience feel personalized. I like all the greenery and so do the pups :)

Very responsive when maintenance needs to be done. Very quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors. Shops and stores are conveniently close to the Apartment.

Very beautiful and clean community. Amenities are also easy to access and very clean. Maintenance always does a good job. However, they could have done a better job getting my unit ready prior to my move in. Lack of communication with when trying to reach out to the leasing office/property manager is a mess sometimes because when you reach out it’s not the same person and often times I had someone give me the complete wrong information about my unit before I moved in.

My experience in the apartment was always been good. Been part of this for last 6 years and have seen many changes towards the betterment of services and ambiance

We moved in a week ago. It's in a quiet area near Home Depot, grocery stores and many restaurants. Manager is friendly and helpful. Service team responded to our request quickly.

goodplace,the household facilities are a bit outdated,lover curtains often fall off,there are holes in the walls,cracks in the foundation lines and cracks in the walls and roofs.

Quiet place and nice neighborhood. The staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. The amenities are nice and clean, landscaping is well maintained. I’m highly recommended this property to live in.

The environment is nice with lots of critters like squirrels and ducks. The plants are also nice and the whole neighborhood looks natural and active

Hot Water issue!!! Hot water is not available at once. Water needs to be wasted and running up to hour at 6am, after 7am it’s hot. Squirrels are a nuisance.

Not many problems here except inconsiderate neighbors. They not very flexible if you need to break lease, you have to sign a yearly renewal and month to month is not allowed so you’ll be pressed for so much money. The fees are also much higher here.

I love living here. It’s quiet, clean and the staff is always helpful. More visitor parking would be nice. There’s not enough spaces for the amount of apartments!

i really like it here and i think living here is a amazing but parking is alot and there’s visitors parking. I also like the updated locks for all the different amenities here as well

The community and neighborhood is well maintained, staff are approchable and easy to talk too. Amenities are good. I would definetly recommend it to my friends and family.

The complex used to be like a park, well cared for. Now with reduced maintenance help, the laundry room is not cleaned daily, the dumpsters sometime are filthy, garbage everywhere, and there is a palm tree in back of building B that is in desperate need of pruning, the frawns are falling down blocking the pathway. I even got punctured by one trying to step over one, and we don't even have a light on the sign on S De Anza Blvd.

The management team members are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my needs every steps of the way. Highly recommended. Nice community to live in

It is a great experience with friendly staff. I was surprised when I started to rent apt. because the size of the apt was too small. You know I came from Kansas....however after I got used to the size of my home, I recognized that this community is clean, neat, and safe. And I will recommend this apartment proudly.

Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves for the most part. Only complaint is a disregard of quiet hours, with people loudly using the pool area well past midnight, as well as some neighbors playing loud music this late, sometimes even during week days.

We really enjoy the quiet living that Fountain Park offers. Very peaceful and stress free. Lived here for one year and never had issues with management, maintenance or neighbors. I especially appreciate the fact that we were not constantly bothered by the maintenance department about water shut downs or issues of that sort. As for convenience, for me it is perfectly located, close to two major freeways and to Stevens Creek. Can't beat that!

Love the upgrade to the gardens right outside my balcony! The new trees and flowers recently planted are beautiful! The laundry facilities are always clean and the staff is always very helpful!

My experience with Leasing at Fountain Park Apartments was simply perfect! Cecilia did a great job in getting me through the process in a very comfortable and happy manner. She was warm, kind, considerate, having a good knowledge of all the information I needed to make decision and always on top of things. She went above and beyond her role to ensure that I get the best possible service. The unit itself is very well put together. Well presented, all the appliances were top notch compared with what I saw in similar apartments and the floor plan is well suited for my needs. The amenities are just what our family needed and we are really enjoying it. The landscaping and ambiance is so well done that we feel we are in a small forest out here in the heart of the city. The community is very friendly and quiet. All in all, great value for your money and definitely recommend others.

Moving in process was smooth. The apartment is updated with nice flooring, walls and appliances. There are alot of trees and greenery around the property which makes it nice to walk around.

Staff is super helpful and kind! Any questions or concerns you may have, they’re always willing to help with a smile on their face. The community is kept very clean and beautiful!

Personally, I think this place e is nice. Minor details here that need to be taken care of. Office and maintenance Staff are nice. I do wish there was more parking available.

It feels almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front office. The units are cute, and the grounds are (mostly) well-taken care of. The staff just needs to be more active with answering the phone, responding to emails and voicemails, and taking care of maintenance concerns

The Manager Dianna , office staff Cecilia and maintenance staff Elias are SO helpful . They listen patiently to your concerns and will work with you. So lucky to have them, kudos for all the hard work they put in !

Such lovely grounds and the leasing agent was so helpful and answered all my questions prior to move in! It’s quiet and so far everyone is very friendly!!!

The complex is private, quiet and fairly secure, outside of the complex it's a different story. For me personally the biggest problem is limited parking, the complex is located on a very busy street with a lot of vehicle and foot traffic. I had to park my truck on a side street and it was stolen 3 weeks ago.

We haven’t been here a week yet, there’s a few things that need to be addressed to the leasing office about our apartment. Seems quiet so far, friendly neighbors. Nice pool. Wish there was guest parking honestly. Love that pets are welcomed.

The Fountain Park apartment complex is a great one, the community is lovely, it is very near to transportation, banks and grocery stores, the place is quiet and managers are very supportive.

Tranquility has been changing a bit. Some neighbors make noise with loud music some weekdays at night, others smoke inside the apartments. We hope that it will change

We had the WORST EVER experience here. THE WORST EVER FIRST IMPRESSION that too when we took appointment to tour the units here . The lady didnot pick up calls even when we reached in time .We stood outside for 20 minutes waiting someone to come and attend. After 4-5 calls when she picked up ,she said she is coming out after 2 min and disconnected, and 2 minutes never ended, After continuous calling when she finally came out, she asked us to fill a form and went inside ,We waited 20 minutes again after filling form but she didnot come out, again after continuous calling she came out , I courteously asked her why is there a delay, are you busy? She answered very rudely and disrespectfully that she has others to attend too. Well if you cant even attend to new residents why do you ever give appointments. She was so rude and disrespectful that we ended up leaving this apartment right away without even going inside. It wasted our 1 hour, that too on a working day and after travelling 15 miles to see them. WORST WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. I wonder how existing residents are living here when they dont even respect the new ones.

I don’t even know where to start with this place. The water is awful as a whole all around. It’s a weird color and smells weird. Also the water pressure is so low I can barely wash my hands in my bathroom and wash my dishes in the sink... it’s seriously that bad. They never do anything about it ever to fix it EVER! Also the walls are so thin that I feel like everyone can hear everything I’m saying and I can hear what people are saying. You can hear parents yelling at their children, loud TV’s, someone flushing, people using their sink, using their shower, people having intercourse, dogs barking, kids screaming, etc. The list could go on and on. They need serious renovation and insulation so the walls are more sound proof and so the rooms can retain more heat, which are always freezing because the walls are so thin. Also get ready for every weekend to be woken up by little kids by 8AM max screaming their heads off and running around like idiots for no reason. The parents of these kids clearly have no consideration for their neighbors which just pisses me off. People are sleeping and don’t want to be woken up early on a weekend after a long week of work. Also get ready for packages to never be delivered because all packages are sent back because the companies “can’t find your unit”. Also if you somehow miraculously receive a package, it’ll get stolen if you’re not there to pick it up within 3-4 hours probably. Also the shower has a max temperature of just “warm” water which barely makes you not want to freeze taking a shower for work at 8AM. Prepare for your car most likely to get broken into since break ins are quite frequent here. I’ve got my car broken into twice since moving in 4 years ago. The washer and dryer rooms are awful too. There’s always a machine or two broken, the water is nasty and is a weird color, and I’ve had clothes moved into different machines multiple times or thrown on the ground or just stolen so I stopped using that room about 2 years ago and now go to a new area just for laundry because I don’t feel feel safe or comfortable enough to use the room.I’ve lived here for a few years now purely on location purposes and I’ve seen a lot of turnover in people constantly moving in and out, and that’s for a reason. The apartment complex is awful therefore and I strongly advise you to never lease here unless your work is literally next door. Management keeps taking down my review so I’m going to copy and paste it until they keep it up.
